摘要： Methods of promoting wound healing in a subject is disclosed. The method include applying a Granzyme B (Granzyme B) inhibitor to the wound. The wound may be a skin wound. The Granzyme B inhibitor may be comprised of nucleic acids, or peptides, including but not limited to antibodies, or small molecules.
