    摘要: Burner combustion of a fossil fuel fired boiler is optimized by using information about the combustion of each burner in the one or more groups of burners in the boiler. Controlled changes to certain combustion related manipulate variables selected for each burner are used with the combustion index for that burner to tune the combustion of each of the burners in each of the groups of burners to give a balanced combustion. Global objectives such as minimizing global NOx and CO emissions can also be achieved.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for a robotic machining process that gives a controlled removal rate of material from a workpiece when an object, tool or workpiece, held by a robot is brought into contact with a stationary object, workpiece or tool. A signal indicative of the force applied by the held object t the stationary object is used to control the rate at which the robot moves the held object in relation to the stationary object. Associated with the robot is a controller that has tunable proportional and integral gains. The controller determines a command for the feed rate of the tool when the tool engages the workpiece. In response to that command, the proportional and integral gains are tuned to obtain a cutting force to be applied to the workpiece when the tool engages the workpiece that is substantially the same as a desired cutting force.

When the optimization stops the verified parameters are used to cause the robot to perform the categorized assembly process. If the parameters do not meet the predetermined criteria, another round of optimization using the same or other parameters can be performed.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for determining the amount of oat flour addition in compound flours and noodles, and it belongs to the field of food detection technology. Based on the similarity of the fatty acid composition between oat and wheat, the quantitative analysis index used for measuring the oat flour addition was determined. Based on the differences of fatty acid contents in oat and wheat, the relationship between the changing trend of fatty acid composition and oat flour content in compound powders or noodles is employed to quantitatively determine the amount of oat added to these compound flours or noodles. The invention provides a highly sensitive and feasible method for safety monitoring and quality control of oat flours and oat noodles.
