    摘要: A container lid assembly outfits a container includes a lower lid construction and a slider element. The slider element is received in the lower lid construction and is linearly displaceable in a back and forth manner relative to the lower lid construction for opening and closing the container lid. The lower lid construction includes concave surfacing and the slider element includes convex surfacing. The slider element seats atop the lower lid construction such that the convex surfacing and concave surfacing form a spherical surface-to-surface seal and enabling slidable open-close functionality. The slider element is resiliently actuable when seated atop the lower lid construction for enhancing seated engagement therebetween. The slider element includes a step-down formation cooperable with resilient actuation thereof for further enhancing seated engagement between the slider element and the lower lid construction. The container lid further locks to the container when in an actuated lower lid configuration.

    摘要: Lid caps outfit lid assemblies thereby providing lid-cap combinations for beverage cans. The lid assemblies include a lid rim portion, a lid capping plate, and a can opener element and are attached to a lower can body for forming a beverage can. The lid caps include a cap plate centrally located relative to an outer cap periphery. A cap groove is configured to firstly attach the lid cap to the lid assembly by mated engagement, and may include a pivot structure for providing a can-opening access aperture and closing the can-opening access aperture. In certain embodiments, the cap plate includes a fastener-letting aperture. The can opener element is attached to the lid capping plate via a fastener as extended through the fastener-letting aperture thereby sandwiching the cap plate intermediate the can opener element and the lid capping plate for secondly attaching the lid cap to the lid assembly.

Alternative assembly station tooling operates to direct first composite elements into assembled relation with stationary second composite elements for forming basic composites to which successive composite elements are similarly added.

    摘要: A lid assembly includes a lid body and a lid body insert. The lid body includes an insert-receiving depression and a channel-guiding protuberance. The channel-guiding protuberance is formed at an upper depression surface of the insert-receiving depression. The insert-receiving depression is outfitted with a primary liquid outlet for enabling liquid egression therethrough. The lid body insert is receivable in the insert-receiving depression and includes a protuberance-receiving channel and a secondary liquid outlet. The protuberance-receiving channel receives the channel-guiding protuberance when the lid body insert is received in the insert-receiving depression. The lid body insert is rotatable intermediate first and second closed lid positions. The secondary liquid outlet is positionable in superior adjacency to the primary liquid outlet when in an open lid position for enabling liquid egression via both the primary and secondary liquid outlets. A lid assembly system and associated methodology is further contemplated.

The insert structure comprises first and second apertures for outletting beverage and inletting air intermediate the beverage-containing and beverage-cooling compartments. The beverage-cooling compartment receives heat from the beverage received therewithin and thereby enables the beverage to cool before being outlet via a primary outlet of the lid.
