The present invention enables the RI to control the rights at a finer granularity, intensifies the RI's control on the rights, and provides a mechanism of purchasing an R4R after an RO is purchased.

The present invention provides a process of oxygenated feed-water treatment of boilers in power station, carried out under an OT treatment process, suitable for both the monotube type boiler and the drum type boiler, and comprising an oxygenation stage comprising: a normal oxygenation converting stage and a decreased oxygenation film-supplementing stage; the normal oxygenation converting stage is a stage in which the feed water system is oxygenated both at the outlet of a condensate polishing system and at the inlet of a feed water pump of a high pressure feed water system, and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the main steam is controlled to be ≦5 μg/L; the decreased oxygenation film-supplementing stage is a stage in which, after an oxide film is formed in the feed water system, the amount of oxygenation at the high pressure feed water system is decreased so that the amount of the oxygen added is only for supplementing and maintaining the oxide film, while the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the main steam is controlled to be ≦5 μg/L. It can ensure that a dense protection film can be formed and maintained on the metal surface of the pipes in a feed water system, thereby reducing the iron content in the feed water; excessive oxygen is prevented from entering the high temperature heating surface and causing the peeling off of the oxide skin; and the amount of oxygen consumed is significantly reduced, thereby decreasing the amount of maintenance.

The invention provides methods for screening multimeric antibodies produced by mammalian cells to find those that exhibit a biological function. The methods can be used to screen large numbers of antibodies, which may be cell surface, secreted, or intracellular antibodies. Antibodies can be screened to find those that bind antigen more avidly or those that compete with a ligand that binds to the antigen for binding. Any biological function that can be tested in vitro can be used to screen the antibodies. Nucleic acids encoding the antibodies that exhibit the biological function can be obtained in a number of ways.

One example method includes maintaining an access table for each artifact in a collaborative software environment that records a most recent access of an artifact on a per user basis. An artifact type registration table is also maintained that maps each artifact type to the access table that records access information for artifacts of the given type and to a data store that stores artifacts of that type. For a given user, artifact pair, queries on the type registration table, access table, and data store are generated to return the last modification time for the artifact and the user's last access time for the artifact. This information is used to determine a change status of the artifact for the given user. This common framework can be used for artifacts of any type that are registered in the type registration table.

An automated, self-adaptive framework prioritizes software testing in a consistent and effective manner. A metric evaluates past test execution information for assigning regression testing priority. The metric may be calculated with reference to one or more of the following factors taken in combination: requirement, coverage, history, and cost. The requirement factor considers customer-assigned priority of testing the code, complexity of implementing the code, and proneness of the code to faults. The coverage factor considers code coverage, feature coverage, and common usage rate. The history factor considers previous bug found rate, case stable rate, and priority to calculate. The cost factor considers test case execution time, and step length. A value of each factor for one test case is measured according to that test case and is not related to other test cases. The calculation result representing the metric for each test case determines a priority of the test case.
