    摘要： Disclosed techniques allow candidates to initiate their own background checks (e.g., identity verification, criminal history) in advance so that employers, recruiters, consumers, or other seeking parties can have all information needed to consider the candidate for engagement. The candidate's pre-screened status is indicated with a seal or identifying mark associated with the candidate's resume, application, service file, or advertising, thereby allowing reviewing parties to identify pre-screened candidates for primary consideration. Information from the background check is compiled into a report that can be accessed online or in hardcopy. The candidate can annotate the report prior to its release to other parties. The report can be associated with an expiration date to prevent engagements based on stale information. A local database containing the various candidates' information can be stocked by Internet data crawler applications that search targeted remote databases. The local database is maintained current, and can be rapidly searched.

A system can be configured to manage interactions between candidates seeking job positions and recruiters seeking to fill job positions. Using the central system, a candidate may be able to 1) search for different jobs, 2) upload work related information, 3) learn information about individual recruiters, 4) communicate with a recruiter and 5) maintain a network of connections including other candidates and/or recruiters. Recruiters may be able to 1) search through candidate provided information, 2) initiate a live communication with a candidate, 3) block or filter candidate communications, 4) receive a notification when a candidate may be available for a communication, 5) review prior communications with a candidate, 6) post a job description and a company profile, 7) manage a team of recruiters and 8) receive metrics and reports associated with recruiter activities and/or candidate characteristics.

    摘要： The invention is a computer game controller mounting seat incorporated into a chair seat overlay. The device is designed to attach to any suitable chair, (also to include some wheel chairs), by using a simple strap and the natural body weight of the user. Ref. FIGS. 1 & 5 Raised platforms on each side of the overlay physically locate game controllers in a comfortable and ergonomically correct location. Lower levels of these platforms are convenient for storage and computer “mouse” utilization on left or right sides. A separate, removable central platform or console will accommodate single stick controllers, keyboards, laptop computers, etc. ref. FIGS. 4, 5 and 6.
