摘要： A puffer SF6 circuit breaker comprises a pair of separable contacts with formation of a breaking gap, a piston-cylinder assembly to compress the gas when the movable contact is actuated to the open position, and a puffer nozzle designed to channel the gas outflow to the breaking gap so as to cool the arc by forced convection. The nozzle is totally or partially made of transparent or translucent insulating material to allow a part of the energy to be removed by radiation.

摘要： A rotating arc circuit breaker comprising a pair of separable arcing contacts, a coil to set the arc in rotation, and an annular migration electrode. Guiding fins are arranged in the extinguishing chamber to slow down the rotation of the gas in a first peripheral zone, so as to generate a differential speed between the arc and the gas favoring the heat exchange in the second zone close to the breaking gap.

摘要： A self-extinguishing expansion switch or circuit breaker, including an extinguishing chamber and an expansion chamber connected by a duct. The extinguishing chamber is positioned above the expansion chamber. An axially movable tube supports a movable arcing contact which is cooperable with a stationary arcing contact. The axially movable tube separates axially from a conducting tube supported by an operating rod such that the circuit breaker is in an isolated position beyond an open position.
