    Abstract: A key structure includes a keycap, a membrane circuit board, and a rubber dome between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The rubber dome includes a ring-shaped structure, a lower foundation structure, a contacting post, a first inclined wall and a second inclined wall. The ring-shaped structure includes a first top surface. The first top surface is upwardly pushed against the keycap. The lower foundation structure includes a first bottom surface. The first bottom surface is pushed downwardly pushed against the membrane circuit board. The contacting post is connected with the ring-shaped structure. The first inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the lower foundation structure. The second inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the contacting post. There is a first included angle θ1 between the second inclined wall and the first bottom surface. Preferably, 30°≤θ1≤85°.

    Abstract: A luminous keyboard includes a keyboard module and a backlight module. The backlight module is located under the keyboard module. The backlight module includes a light source, a light guide plate and a reflecting plate. The light source includes a conductive substrate and plural light-emitting elements. The light guide plate includes a light input surface, a light exit surface, a bottom surface and a first slot. The light input surface is disposed within the first slot. The reflecting plate is disposed on the bottom surface of the light guide plate. The reflecting plate includes a second slot. The second slot is in communication with the first slot. The conductive substrate is penetrated through the second slot and the first slot. Consequently, the plural light-emitting elements are accommodated within the first slot and aligned with the light input surface.

    Abstract: A keyboard device includes plural keys, a control unit and a membrane switch circuit member. The membrane switch circuit member includes a first upper key switch and a first lower key switch. When the first upper key switch is triggered by the first key, a first key code corresponding to the first key is generated by the first upper key switch. When the first lower key switch is triggered by the first key, a second key code corresponding to the first key is generated by the first lower key switch. The control unit is connected with the membrane switch circuit member. If both of the first key code and the second key code are received by the control unit, a key signal is outputted. If either the first key code or the second key code is received by the control unit, the key signal is not outputted.

    Abstract: A keyboard device includes a circuit board and plural key structures. Each key structure includes a keycap, a hinge element and a base. The hinge element includes a first lateral wing part, a second lateral wing part and a bendable part. The first lateral wing part is connected between the keycap and the base. The second lateral wing part is connected between the keycap and the base. The bendable part is connected between the first lateral wing part and the second lateral wing part. The bendable part is thinner than the first lateral wing part and the second lateral wing part. While the keycap is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base, a bending angle of the hinge element and a relative position between the first base shaft and the first receiving hole are changed.

    Abstract: A keyboard device includes a base plate, a key structure and a membrane wiring board. The key structure is connected with the base plate. The membrane wiring board includes a membrane switch. The membrane wiring board is arranged between the key structure and the base plate. When the keycap of the key structure is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate, the connecting element between the keycap and the base plate interferes with the membrane wiring board or the base plate.     Abstract: A manufacturing method of a membrane circuit board includes the following steps. Firstly, a screen plate, a first substrate body and a second substrate body are provided. Then, a conductive paste and a first circuit pattern are formed on the screen plate. Then, the conductive paste and the first circuit pattern are simultaneously printed on the first substrate body by a screen printing process. The first substrate body, the first circuit pattern and the conductive paste are collaboratively formed as a first membrane substrate. Then, a second circuit pattern is formed on the screen plate. Then, the second circuit pattern is printed on the second substrate body by the screen printing process. The second substrate body and the second circuit pattern are collaboratively formed as a second membrane substrate. Then, the second membrane substrate is aligned with the first membrane substrate.

    Abstract: A key structure includes a supporting plate, a triggering switch, a keycap and a soft element. The triggering switch is located over the supporting plate. The keycap is located over the triggering switch. When an external force is received by the keycap, the triggering switch is pushed by the keycap. The soft element is disposed on an inner surface of the keycap. When the soft element is contacted with the triggering switch, the soft element is subjected to deformation. When the soft element is contacted with the triggering switch, a portion of the triggering switch is inserted into the deformed soft element to limit a sliding action of the triggering switch. Consequently, the mechanical key switch provides enhanced tactile feel.
