摘要： The present invention relates to a carbide tool cleaning and coating production line and a method, including a cleaning device including a support frame, a cleaning mechanism and a drying mechanism are sequentially disposed under the support frame connected to a moving mechanism, the moving mechanism is connected to a lifting mechanism being capable of being connected to a tool fixture bracket being configured to accommodate the tool fixture; a coating device including a coating chamber which a plane target mechanism and a turntable assembly disposed in, the turntable assembly is capable of being connected to a plurality of tool fixtures being capable of rotating around an axial line of the coating chamber under the driving of the turntable assembly and rotating around an axial line thereof at the same time; and, a manipulator being disposed between the cleaning device and the coating device.

摘要： An automatic tray loading system and a use method of the same are provided, which includes a stacked tray assembly, including at least one tray which is stacked up, where the at least one tray is provided with several locating slots; a tray lifting platform which includes a tray supporting table being connected with a elevating mechanism; a tray pick and place platform having a working region covers a tray input module, where the tray pick and place platform includes a manipulator which is connected with a multidimensional motion mechanism; and a delivery table including a tray placement plate, where each of the tray placement plate is provided with a groove which is configured to place the at least one layer of trays, and each of the tray placement plates is connected with a linear driving mechanism.

In most processing course of the blade, the cutter head is taken as a carrier, and an overturning device is configured to overturn a whole cutter die box, such that integral end surface overturning of the cutter head in the cutter die box after single end surface grinding is realized, and blade filling processes in different processing links are reduced.

摘要： A multi-procedure integrated automatic production line for hard alloy blades under robot control is provided. The production line includes a rail-guided robot. A cutter passivation device and a blade cleaning and drying device are arranged on one side of the rail-guided robot. A blade-coating transfer table, a blade coating device, a blade boxing transfer table, a blade-tooling dismounting device and a blade boxing device are sequentially arranged on another side of the rail-guided robot. The blade-tooling dismounting device is arranged on one side of the blade boxing transfer table. The production line further includes squirrel-cage toolings for carrying the blades. The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

摘要： A carbide blade cleaning device includes a water pressure cleaning device, an ultrasonic cleaning device and an air drying device. The water pressure cleaning device includes a cleaning chamber for accommodating a cutter head and a water jet mechanism with an output end facing the cutter head. The ultrasonic cleaning device includes a cleaning box and a cutter head fixing box with an opening in a side surface for accommodating the cutter head, and a first telescopic mechanism drives the cutter head fixing box to adjust a relative position to the cleaning box. The air drying device includes a cutter head fixing table and an air drying mechanism with an output end facing the cutter head fixing table.
