In an exemplary embodiment, an apparatus includes a first component connected between a first terminal and a node, a second component connected between a second terminal and the node, an impedance selectively connected between the first and second terminals by a first switch, and a second switch to connected between the node and a ground. The apparatus is configured to provide a first amount of phase shift when the first and second switches are in an open position, and a second amount of phase shift when the first and second switches are in a closed position.
