摘要: A method for preparing unbleached biomechanical pulp from straw. A straw is used as a raw material, which is treated with alkaline biological enzymes, heated with hot alkali steam, refined, and washed. The mechanical pulp prepared by the method of the present invention has significantly improved ring-crush strength, can be used to prepare corrugated paper or cardboard paper, and can significantly improve the compressive strength of the carton.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for constructing a trehalose polyenzyme complex in vitro by mediation of an artificial scaffold protein, which mainly comprises the following steps: constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-ScafCCR for self-assembled scaffold protein module; constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-P43-phoD-treY-Ccdoc for self-assembled catalytic module; constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-P43-phoD-treZ-Ctdoc for self-assembled catalytic module; constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-P43-phoD-cgt-Rfdoc for self-assembled catalytic module; secretorily expressing the recombinant bacteria and self-assembling in vitro to obtain a recombinant trehalose multi-enzyme complex. The trehalose multi-enzyme complex constructed by the method of the present disclosure has a higher catalytic efficiency in preparing trehalose than that of mixed free enzymes, and the method can be used for production of high quality trehalose after immobilization with cellulose microspheres.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing an unbleached biomechanical pulp and fully utilizing by-products by treating wheat straws with heat steam in synergy with biological enzymes, which belongs to the technical field of papermaking technology and waste comprehensive utilization. The present disclosure provides a method for preparing an unbleached biomechanical pulp by treating whole wheat straws with heat steam in synergy with biological enzymes, where the prepared high-strength biomechanical pulp can meet the requirements of producing unbleached packaging paper and paper-based materials. At the same time, the by-products are recycled to prepare a biomass compound fertilizer, which turns solid waste into treasure and realizes the high-value full utilization of wheat straw. Therefore, the method in the present disclosure is simple, green, clean and efficient, which has good practical application value and broad application prospects.

摘要: A method for preparing unbleached biomechanical pulp from straw. Straw is used as a raw material, which is firstly pre-treated with hot water and hot steam, added with a small amount of alkali, and then softened by saturation with hot water, enzymatically treated by adding alkaline biological enzymes, refined, and washed. This method has the advantage that the whole production process does not need alkali recovery, thereby avoiding environmental pollution from the source. This technology conforms to the national industrial policy of resource conservation, economic recycling, energy saving and emission reduction. The present invention overcomes the problems of difficulty in recovering the alkali wastewater accompanying straw pulp and serious pollution in the prior art. This is of great significance for the industrial production of straw pulp and the development of the paper industry.
