摘要: The present disclosure provides an electrostatic nozzle and a controllable jet minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) grinding system. The electrostatic nozzle comprises a nozzle core; an upper nozzle body is connected above the nozzle core; a free space is formed between the upper nozzle body and the nozzle core for storing compressed air and reducing pressure; a lower nozzle body is connected below the nozzle core; a gas-liquid mixing chamber, an acceleration chamber and a nozzle outlet are sequentially arranged inside the nozzle core from top to bottom; and micro-bulges are uniformly distributed on an inner wall of the acceleration chamber.

摘要: The present invention discloses an MDOF (multi-degree-of-freedom) micro-lubrication intelligent spray head system for a CNC milling machine, comprising an annular rotating platform, a longitudinal telescopic part, a rotating part, an intelligent spray head mounting platform and an information acquisition system. The annular rotating platform comprises a rotating piece which rotates along a horizontal circumferential direction; a bottom of the rotating piece is connected with at least one longitudinal telescopic part; a lower end of the longitudinal telescopic part is connected with the rotating part; the rotating part rotates within a set angle range by taking a point connected with the longitudinal telescopic part as an axis; the intelligent spray head mounting platform is connected with the rotating part and moves along with the rotating part; and the information acquisition system is mounted on the intelligent spray head mounting platform.

It can store the tools, provide the lubricating oil to the milling surface, select different tools according to different processing conditions, select the best angle differences of the unequal spiral angle tools according to different conditions comprising dry cutting, casting-type lubrication, minimal quantities of lubrication or minimal quantities of nanofluid lubrication, and/or choose the optimal tool according to different cutting parameters in order to obtain the minimum milling force.

摘要: An oil mist recovery, separation and purification device for a minimum quantity lubricant (MQL) grinding process, including: a pneumatic separation mechanism, a pipeline and a fan fixedly connected with one end of the pipeline, wherein the fan is configured to form a negative pressure in the pipeline, one cone-shaped filter mesh mechanism is disposed in the pipeline, and a tip of the cone-shaped filter mesh mechanism faces the side of an air inlet direction of the pipeline; and a filtering and recovery mechanism connected with the pipeline and including a case body, a filtering mechanism and a recovery mechanism, wherein the case body is connected with the pipeline through a connecting part, and the filtering mechanism is connected with the recovery mechanism. The device can separate, recover and reuse oil mist particles in the air.

By analyzing influence of an airflow field in a milling area under different working conditions on injection of cutting fluid, an influence rule of a helical angle and a rotation speed of a cutter on the flow field is quantitatively analyzed, an optimal target distance of a nozzle, an angle between the nozzle and a milling cutter feeding direction and an angle between the nozzle and the surface of a workpiece are comprehensively determined, the nozzle is set according to a determined setting manner, and lubricating oil is sprayed to the milling area by utilizing the nozzle.
