    摘要: A method and system for transferring user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system are disclosed. According to the method, a source core (CN) network determines to transfer a UE that it serves and sends a transfer instruction carrying UE transfer restriction information to the UE; an access network receives a transfer request that is sent by the UE according to the restriction information carried in the transfer instruction; the access network selects a target CN entity that is different from the source CN entity for the UE; and the UE is transferred to the target CN entity. The method and system provided by the present invention are applicable to user transferring between CN entities in any communication network. The transferring is initiated by a network side entity, and a more preferable CN entity is selected for the UE to provide a better service.

    摘要: A method is provided for accessing a legacy network, such as a 2G/3G network, through a temporary ID of an evolved network. User Equipment (UE) adds Mobility Management Entity (MME) information for uniquely identifying an MME accessed by the UE on an evolved network to an access message sent to an old network when the UE accesses the legacy network through a temporary ID of the evolved network. The legacy network selects a corresponding Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) for the UE according to the access message. After the MME information for uniquely identifying an MME is added to the access message sent to the old network, the legacy network can determine and find the MME that is accessed by the UE in the evolved network without changing a Radio Network Controller (RNC) and an SGSN on the legacy network.

    摘要: A method and a system for selecting network equipment are provided. The method includes: selecting a primary pool or a pool with the highest priority from preset information when UE needs to select network equipment; and selecting the network equipment for the UE from the selected primary pool or pool with the highest priority. Thus, the relocation times of an MME and a serving SAE gateway are effectively reduced and an operation efficiency of a network is enhanced. Meanwhile, the UE having or subscribing a new service function selects to be attached to the network equipment with the new service function within a pool, such that the diversity demands for service development are satisfied, and the equipment overhead is saved.

    摘要: Method and system for setting up a bearer are disclosed. The bearer setup method includes these steps: a packet data network gateway (PGW) obtains first quality of service (QoS) information and a first bearer identifier (ID), and sets up a bearer between the PGW and a radio access network (RAN) according to the first QoS information, where the bearer is associated with the first bearer ID; the RAN sets up a radio bearer (RB) with a user equipment (UE) according to second QoS information associated with the first QoS information, where the RB is associated with a second bearer ID associated with the first bearer ID. According to the technical solution of the present invention, when the UE is connected to a serving gateway (SGW) through a serving general packet radio service support node (SGSN), the SGSN and the SGW set up a bearer between the UE and the PGW. Thus, resources of each network entity in a network are fully utilized.
