Abstract: Systems and methods for implementing emergency response protocols and providing incident data to field responders are provided herein. In one example, a method for providing incident data to one or more field responders includes receiving notification criteria associated with a field response provider and receiving incident data regarding an incident. The method also includes determining, based on the notification criteria and the incident data, at least one target field responder to receive the incident data and transmitting the incident data to a graphical user interface executed on a computing device associated with an emergency communication center (ECC), wherein the ECC controls dispatch of field responders to incidents. The method further may include transmitting the incident data to the at least one target field responder prior to the at least one target field responder being dispatched to the incident by the ECC.

Abstract: An emergency response data system (ERDS) provides artificial intelligence (AI)-based emergency notifications to operations centers using radio-based dispatches from emergency communications center (ECC). The ERDS receives audio data of a radio-based dispatch of first responders to a location of an initiated emergency communication. The ERDS provides the audio data to an AI model with a prompt to transcribe the audio data into a radio dispatch transcript. The ERDS provides the radio dispatch transcript to the AI model with a prompt to analyze the radio dispatch transcript to extract a location of the initiated emergency communication from the radio dispatch transcript. The ERDS provides an AI-based emergency notification to an emergency response application that is operable to display the AI-based emergency notification on an operations center computing system. The AI-based emergency notification includes the location of the initiated emergency communication.

Abstract: A railroad crossing blockage detection and notification system gathers emergency call data and/or infrastructure sensor data and uses the data to generate a blockage score that is representative of a likelihood of a railroad blockage at a railroad crossing. The system may include and use a machine learning model to generate the blockage score. Using historical train collision data, the machine learning model may be trained on emergency call data and/or on infrastructure sensor data available in proximity to railroad crossing. The system may receive current emergency call data and/or infrastructure sensor data, may apply the data to the machine learning model to generate a likelihood of a blockage, and may notify emergency communication centers (ECCs), network operations centers (NOCs), emergency responders, and/or train systems of the potential blockage. In response to a potential blockage, a train may be slowed down or stopped to reduce the likelihood of a collision.

Abstract: An emergency management system includes at least one processor operative to: provide a first data interface from a cloud server to an infrastructure operations center, operative to receive infrastructure emergency data from the infrastructure operations center by the cloud server. A second data interface from the cloud server to an information database is operative to send a query to the information database including the infrastructure emergency data, and to receive infrastructure emergency handling protocol information by the cloud server in response to the query message. A third data interface to an emergency communications center network entity is operative to send an infrastructure emergency message to an emergency communication center to initiate dispatch of emergency responders to a location of the infrastructure emergency. The processor is also operative to send a message with infrastructure emergency information received via the second data interface to a plurality of emergency responder devices.

Abstract: An emergency response assistant system may generate emergency response insights and provide the insights to an emergency responder application for an emergency communications center (ECC), an operations center, or a first responder. The emergency response assistant system may include a data retrieval system and an augmentation and generation system. The data retrieval system may be configured to transform emergency response procedures into vectors that are stored in a vector database. The augmentation and generation system may be configured to perform a vector search of the vector database with an AI model using context from call (e.g., a 911 call) characteristics and external data sources and may be configured to display the results on a user interface of an emergency management application to provide emergency response procedure suggestions to a user of an ECC computing system, an operations center computing system, or a first responder computing device.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, devices, methods, and media for an emergency response data exchange system. The system provides an operations center emergency management application with a textual and/or graphical notification of emergency communications initiated on a premises managed by the operations center. The system exchanges operations center data (e.g., floorplans, video feeds, point of contact information, building access controls) with an emergency communications center (ECC) and/or with a first responder device to facilitate reducing emergency response times. The system selectively establishes communications (e.g., messaging windows) between the operations center, ECC, and/or first responder device to facilitate real-time information sharing between relevant parties of an emergency.
