摘要: A disclosed method includes receiving emergency data related to emergency calls emanating from mobile devices, independently from emergency call routing to an emergency network; determining an emergency network that should receive the emergency data; providing the emergency data to the emergency network; and providing a map view to the emergency network entity of the emergency network using the emergency data and displaying location indicators corresponding to locations of mobile devices identified by the emergency data. Another disclosed method includes receiving emergency data related to emergency calls emanating from mobile devices, independently from emergency call routing to an emergency network; detecting emergency call data received at the emergency network; and providing a map view to an emergency network entity of the emergency network using the emergency data, where the map view displays location indicators corresponding to locations of mobile devices identified by the emergency call data received at the emergency network.

摘要: Described herein are systems, devices, methods, and media for connecting a user for providing emergency response assistance to victims and emergency service providers. In some embodiments, a method for automatically populating an incident report includes the steps of: generating a victim code for display at a first electronic device; receiving an emergency data request comprising the victim code from a second electronic device associated with an emergency service provider (ESP) personnel; gathering emergency data associated with the victim code; transmitting the emergency data associated with the victim code to the second electronic device associated with the ESP personnel; and automatically populating, at the second electronic device associated with the ESP personnel, one or more fields of an incident report using the emergency data associated with the victim code.

摘要: A system and method for generating and transmitting emergency messages and for maintaining real-time emergency communications sessions between users and emergency dispatch centers. A system receives data transmitted from a user device and constructs an emergency message related to a specific type of emergency scenario as well as the location, meta-data and background information of the user. The generated emergency message is transmitted via a communications network and delivered to an appropriate emergency dispatch center. The method enables the user to deliver a detailed request for help regardless of his or her location or, in another instance, delivers the basic emergency response related information for the user. The generated emergency message is universally compatible with emergency communications center infrastructure so long as the communications centers possess basic voice call equipment.
