摘要: One aspect of the disclosure includes a fluid moving system. The fluid moving system includes a fluid moving apparatus configured to convey a fluid through a housing from an inlet to an outlet. The fluid moving system includes an active cleaning device configured to neutralize or remove at least a portion of an undesired matter from the fluid conveyed through the housing. The fluid moving system includes an electric motor including a rotor coupled to the fluid moving apparatus and configured to turn the fluid moving apparatus upon application of electric power to a stator of the electric motor. The fluid moving system includes a motor controller communicatively coupled to the electric motor and configured to control at least one of a speed output or a torque output thereof.

摘要: A vaneaxial blower system has an axis of rotation and includes a stator and a rotor fan. The stator and the rotor include blades. Each blade extends from a leading edge to a trailing edge. An angle beta of each blade is defined as a slope of a camber line at a location along a span of the blade. An angle theta of each blade is defined as an angle measured between a vertical axis extending through the axis of rotation and a radius at the location along the span of the blade. The angle beta and the angle theta for the blades are selected to provide improved performance of the vaneaxial blower system.

摘要: A control system for a cooling system configured to selectively operate one or both of a condenser fan an evaporator fan in a reverse direction RD, measure power draw at the motor against configuration data and fan motor profiles, and determine if a blockage has occurred before the static pressure has reached a critical point static pressure where the efficiency, performance, and cooling capability of the cooling system is hindered and maintenance is required to clear the blockage. By determining if blockage has occurred before the static pressure has reached the critical point static pressure, an alert or corrective action can be taken.
