Abstract: An electrical discharge type air cleaner is provided. The air cleaner includes a dust collecting tank accommodating liquid, a housing accommodating the dust collecting tank, an air supplying portion supplying air to the dust collecting tank, an air discharging portion discharging the air from the dust collecting tank and having an air discharging tube facing a surface of the liquid, a plurality of discharge electrodes disposed at the air discharging tube, a charging portion in the dust collecting tank, and a rotary vane forming a vortex in the liquid. The charging portion charges the liquid with a polarity opposite to a polarity of the discharge electrodes such that an electric field is formed between the discharge electrodes and the liquid and pollutants in the air are collected into the liquid. A distance between the surface of the liquid ad the discharge electrode is maintained within a predetermined distance range.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an ionization unit configured to produce one or more types of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). The ionization unit includes an inlet port, first electrode, a second electrode, one or more high voltage generators and an outlet port. The inlet port facilitates entry of a predefined gaseous composition into the ionization unit. The first electrode and second electrode are maintained at a first and second set of ionization parameters respectively. The high voltage generators are operationally coupled to the first electrode and the second electrode to enable the electrodes to generate Corona discharge. The outlet port produces a continuous stream of ROS. The first set of ionization parameters is different from the second set of ionization parameters.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to the field of a lighting unit (100), and in particular to a lighting unit (100) that is suitable for being part of a suspended ceiling (0001). At least one of the first flange (2004) and the second flange (2005) comprises a through-hole (2006) that serves as an aperture for at least part of a device (1001) that is arranged at one of the peripheries (1002, 1003) of the lighting tile (1000) when the first flange (2004) is configured to support a first lighting tile when the first lighting tile is installed in the suspended ceiling (0001) and/or the second flange (2005) is configured to support a second lighting tile when the second lighting tile is installed in the suspended ceiling (0001).

Abstract: An indoor air pollution prevention system is disclosed and includes an indoor field unit, a gas detector, a filter screen, air guiding devices and a cloud computing service device. The gas detector, the filter and the air guiding devices are disposed in the indoor field unit. The gas detector detects a characteristic, a concentration and a location of an air pollution, and outputs an air pollution data. The air guiding devices guide the air including the air pollution to pass through the filter screen. The cloud computing service device receives and stores the air pollution data to a database, implementing an artificial intelligence calculation to determine the location of the air pollution, and issuing a control command to the air guiding devices for activation operations. Whereby, the air containing the air pollution is guided to the filter screen for filtering and removal to reach a gas state of complete purification.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include a protective mask to be worn over a nose and mouth of a wearer to protect the wearer from hazards in surrounding ambient air. The mask includes a mask portion, an airway, and an ionization filter. The mask portion includes an interior that extends over the nose and mouth of the wearer. The airway extends between the interior of the mask portion and the surrounding ambient air. The ionization filter includes an emitter within a portion of the airway, and a collector plate radially encompassing the emitter and defining at least a portion of the airway. The collector plate is electrically connected to at least first and second conductive porous filters. The first and second conductive porous filters and the collector plate collectively form at least a portion of a Faraday cage that encapsulates the emitter.
