    摘要: A process for incorporation of up to 2% antioxidant into a granular detergent formulation comprising at least 5% organic surfactant, including the steps of: a) dissolving the antioxidant in an organic surfactant selected from the group comprising anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant and mixtures thereof, provided that the organic surfactant contains less than 5% by weight, preferably less than 3% by weight soap and most preferably is soap free; and b) adding the solution formed in step a) to the detergent formulation and use of the granular laundry detergent composition to confer improved deposition of the antioxidant onto rubber during a wash process.

    摘要: The present invention provides a coated lenticular or disc detergent particle having perpendicular dimensions x, y and z, wherein x is from 1 to 2 mm, y is from 2 to 8 mm and z is from 2 to 8 mm, wherein the particle comprises: (i) from 40 to 90 wt % surfactant selected from anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant; (ii) from 1 to 40 wt % water soluble inorganic salts; and (iii) from 0.0001 to 0.1 wt % dye, wherein the dye is covalently bound to from 1 to 4 sulphonate groups, wherein the inorganic salts and the dye are present on the detergent particle as a coating and the surfactant is present as a core.

    摘要: A process for preparing a modified sodium carbonate carrier material, the process comprising the steps of: (i) preparing an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate; an effective amount of a crystal growth modifier selected from the group comprising polyacrylates, polyaspartates and polyaspartic acids; and optionally one or more anionic and/or nonionic detergent-active compounds, one or more detergency builders and/or one or more further heat-insensitive detergent components; whereby crystal growth-modified sodium carbonate is formed; (ii) drying the solution to form a dry solid carrier material; (iii) optionally incorporating into the dried solid carrier material one or more detergent components in liquid form and/or mixing the dried solid material with one or more solid detergent components. Also, a modified sodium carbonate carrier material comprising: dry inorganic solids consisting of habit modified sodium carbonate; and polyaspartic acid, or a sodium salt of polyaspartic acid, wherein the weight ratio of polyaspartic acid to the dry inorganic solids is in the ratio from 0.5:100 to 10:100.
