Abstract: A positioning and stabilising structure for a patient interface comprises: a headband formed at least partly from a textile material and having an upper textile portion movably connected to a first lower textile portion, the headband comprising one or more sensors provided in or on the upper textile portion and/or the first lower textile portion; wherein the headband is wearable on a patient's head in a first configuration in which the first lower textile portion is adjacent to the upper textile portion, and a second configuration in which the first lower textile portion is separated from the upper textile portion and provides a force to hold a seal-forming structure of the patient interface in a therapeutically effective position on the patients head.
