摘要: A calibration system for calibrating a transmission adjusts a clutch fill pulse width and hold level current for an oncoming clutch via calibration shifts during operation of the associated machine, thus establishing the desired shift timing and duration. The pulse width is calibrated based on torque transfer characteristics of the clutch during a test shift, and the hold level current is calibrated based on the shift duration of a further test shift.

摘要: An apparatus for weighing and labeling of a product in a high speed processing environment includes an entry conveyor having an entry end and an exit end. A weighing conveyor has an entry end for receiving the product from the exit end of the entry conveyor and an exit end from which the product is delivered from the weighing conveyor. The weighing conveyor is operatively mounted to a weighing device to produce product weight information for the product being transported on the weighing conveyor. The weighing conveyor includes a first conveyor member extending from the entry end to the exit end of the weighing conveyor and a second conveyor member extending from the entry end to the exit end of the weighing conveyor. The first and second conveyor members operate cooperatively to convey the product from the entry end toward the exit end. A first angle measured from the first conveyor member to the second conveyor member is adjustable prior to a conveying operation to accommodate a bottom of the product so as to reduce shock loading on the weighing device as the product is transferred from the entry conveyor to the weighing conveyor.

摘要: A labeling apparatus for applying wrap labels includes a first conveyor section and a second conveyor section aligned with the first conveyor section thereby defining a conveying surface along which a package is conveyed in a conveying direction. The first conveyor section is spaced from the second conveyor section in the conveying direction thereby defining a gap between the first conveyor section and the second conveyor section. A label conveyor is located at least partially below the conveying surface having a vertical orientation to deliver a wrap label upwardly through the gap between the first and second conveyor sections. A wiper assembly is located above and spaced vertically from the conveyor surface to define a space between the wiper assembly and the conveying surface. The wiper assembly is arranged to receive a leading edge of the wrap label when it is delivered from the label conveyor and to position the leading edge of the wrap label such that the wrap label spans the space between the wiper assembly and the conveying surface for delivery of an adhesive surface of the wrap label over an edge of the package as the package passes through the space.

摘要: An apparatus for weighing and labeling of a product in a high speed processing environment includes an entry conveyor having an entry end and an exit end.
