摘要： An operator enclosure for an agricultural tractor has a rollover protective structure (ROPS) in which the front side of the ROPS extends upward above the left, right and rear sides of the ROPS and terminates at a front upper cross member extending laterally between left and right front upright corner members. A roof pan is placed at the top of the ROPS that has a generally horizontal top panel at about the same height as the front upper cross member. The top panel of the roof curves downward to form left, right and rear side panels extending downward from the top panel to the height of the upper members of the ROPS along the left, right and rear sides. There is no front panel on the roof extending downward from the top panel. The windshield is extended upward into what had previously been the front panel of the roof. This improves the front upward visibility, an feature particularly useful in operating a front end loader on the tractor.

摘要： The invention relates to a control console assembly with a hand rest. There is a need for a control console hand rest which reduces the possibility of unintentional throttle control lever movement. A throttle control lever projects above a console deck. A dome projects from the deck. The lever projects through a slot in a center portion of the dome. The center portion and a first side portion of the dome are connected together by a side wall which faces towards the center portion and lies in a vertical plane. A thumb-receiving recess is formed in a second side portion adjacent to the slot. The deck includes an upper deck and a lower deck. A depression formed by a finger of the lower deck extends around an end of the first portion and is bordered by a side wall. The depression can receive and support part of an operator's hand.

摘要： A two piece molded roof structure is provided for enclosing the cab of a work vehicle. The roof structure has an upper roof member mounted to a lower roof member. The lower roof member has a plurality of contours and apertures for receiving the components of an HVAC system, and for defining air passages. When the upper and lower roof members are joined discrete air passages are formed between the roof members. The roof structure includes fresh and recirculated air intakes communicating via an uncirculated air duct and with an HVAC core chamber housing an HVAC core. Filters are mounted in the air intakes. One or more blowers communicate between the core chamber and a conditioned air duct which has vents communicating with the cab interior. Air is thus drawn in through the intakes and directed through the unconditioned air duct to the HVAC core and then the blower expels the air into the conditioned air duct and into the vehicle cab.

摘要： A one piece rotational molded roof for a vehicle cab is provided in which separate inlet and outlet air ducts are molded in the roof. The ducts are formed by molding upper and lower panels that are widely spaced to form the ducts and which are closely spaced about the periphery of the ducts. After a solid surface layer is molded, a second resin charge containing a foaming agent is dropped in the mold. This resin coats interior of the solid surface layer and later foams. The foam expands and extends completely between the closely spaced upper and lower panels of the solid surface layer to seal between the inlet and outlet air ducts. The foam is rigid to strengthen the roof.
