Abstract: In a hydraulic unit, which is for a hydraulic brake system, that has a hydraulic block and at least one valve device, the valve device includes a hydraulic cartridge with a valve seat and with a movable closing body for blocking and opening the valve seat, and a magnet assembly with a magnet coil for generating a magnetic force for moving the closing body. The magnet assembly is integrated into the hydraulic block, and the valve device has a permanent magnet in order to assist the movement of the closing body by means of magnetic force.

Abstract: A brake-system damping device includes a first chamber, to which hydraulic pressure is to be applied, a second chamber, in which there is a compressible medium, and a first separating element for separating the first chamber from the second chamber. The brake-system damping device includes a third chamber, in which there is a compressible medium, and a second separating element for separating the second chamber from the third chamber. A closure element is to be moved with the first separating element, by means of which closure element the passage is to be closed as soon as the hydraulic pressure has reached predefined pressure value in the first chamber.

Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a magnet assembly, a valve cartridge having a pole core, a valve sleeve connected to the pole core, an armature, and a valve body. The armature is guided in an axially movable manner within the valve sleeve and is coupled to a closing element. The magnet assembly generates a magnetic field via energizing a coil winding. The magnetic field moves the armature counter to a force of a spring. The valve body is positioned within the valve sleeve. A valve seat of the valve body forms a main valve with the closing element that sets a fluid flow between at least one first fluid opening and at least one second fluid opening. A positive connection between the valve sleeve and the valve body is formed to prevent movement of the valve body introduced into the valve sleeve counter to a direction of introduction.

Abstract: A brake system damping device includes a first space, a second space, a third space, a first separating element, a second separating element, a closure element, and a plug-type element. The first space is configured to have hydraulic pressure applied thereto. A compressible medium is situated in the second space and the third space. The first separating element separates the first space from the second space, and the second separating element separates the second space from the third space. The second space is connected in medium-conducting fashion to the third space by a passage formed in the second separating element. The closure element is configured to be moved with the first separating element so as to close the passage in a movement direction as soon as the hydraulic pressure has reached a predefined pressure value in the first space. Abstract: A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic brake system has a guide sleeve in which an upper immovable pole core is fixedly arranged and a closing element is displaceably arranged. The closing element is forced into a valve seat during a closing movement and lifts off from the valve seat during an opening movement, and is fixedly connected to a magnet assembly. An actuation of the movement of the closing element is performed by the magnet assembly via a coil positioned around and substantially surrounding the guide sleeve. A lower immovable pole core is fixedly arranged in the guide sleeve and the magnet assembly is positioned between the lower and the upper pole core.

Abstract: A normally closed solenoid valve includes a valve sleeve, a pole core fixedly positioned in the sleeve, an axially displaceable armature, a spring, a closing element, a valve seat, and an elastic component. The spring acts between the pole core and the armature in order to push the closing element into the valve seat. The closing element interacts with the armature. A prestressing force of the spring causes a deformation of the elastic component, which is positioned between the armature and the pole core, such that an impact of the armature on the pole core is damped via a regression of the deformation of the elastic component.
