    摘要: A dual-screw movement converter, in which a movement converter between a drive organ includes a screw fixed in translation and driven in rotation, having threads, a nut connected in translation to the receptor organ, having first threads engaging with the threads of the screw and second threads. A sleeve coaxially surrounds the nut, fixed in rotation and translation with respect to the screw and having threads with which the second threads of the nut engage. To the nut, slaved by its second threads to the threads of the sleeve, screw communicates a combined movement of rotation and translation whose translation component along an axis is transmitted to the receptor organ.

    摘要: An actuating device of a brake system controlled by a brake pedal and/or a brake management system for supplying brake circuits with pressurized brake fluid includes a master cylinder, an electric motor, a ball/nut screw transmission, a nut, a screw, and a free connection rod. The master cylinder is connected to the brake circuits and has a primary piston. The electric motor is controlled for a braking action. The ball nut/screw transmission is configured to transform rotary movement of the electric motor into a translational movement of the primary piston. The nut is blocked from moving in translation, free to rotate, and driven by the electric motor. The screw is free to move in translation but blocked from rotating. The free connection rod is pressed between a base of the primary piston and the screw in order to transmit a thrust of the screw to the primary piston.

    摘要: A master brake cylinder is described for a brake system of a motor vehicle as having a hydraulic cylinder that has a plurality of hydraulic connections, in which at least one hydraulic piston is mounted so as to be displaceable axially in a direction of actuation and in a relief direction, the hydraulic piston being displaceable against the force of a spring element in the direction of actuation, the hydraulic piston having at least one lateral wall opening that, in at least one sliding position, opens into an inner chamber of the hydraulic cylinder. It is provided that the lateral wall opening is assigned an elastically deformable sealing ring that on its inner side is fastened on the hydraulic piston and on its outer side is pre-loaded against the hydraulic cylinder by its inherent elasticity and is shaped such that when the hydraulic piston is displaced in the direction of actuation it detaches from the hydraulic cylinder, and when the hydraulic piston is displaced in the relief direction it bears on the hydraulic cylinder.

A centering sleeve freely surrounding the control rod presses with its front edge against the rear face of the cap, pushed by a centering spring bearing on the thrust rod and on the centering sleeve to tilt the spherical cap and the rod toward the axis of the thrust rod.

    摘要: A brake control unit includes a primary piston and a secondary piston that respectively define a primary chamber and a secondary chamber. The primary piston carries an intermediate piston that slides in the secondary piston. A primary insulating seal is disposed between the pistons such that the primary insulating section of the primary insulating seal only depends on the equivalent section connecting the force applied at the inlet and the secondary pressure. The ratio of the hydraulic sections is configured to be modified without having to intervene on the primary and secondary pressure seals for the main piston and the secondary seal by way of modifying the section of the plunger piston and that of the seal thereof.
