    摘要: A distance ring is provided for constraining retraction of a hydraulic cylinder in applications including a steering rod in a vehicle suspension. The distance ring comprises an outer body of a rigid material lined by an inner body of flexible material, with the inner body having an opening of substantially identical dimension to that of the cross-section of the steering rod. A vehicle steering cylinder assembly including the distance ring mounts it together with a number of similar but unlined rings to adjust permitted travel of a steering cylinder rod.

    摘要: This disclosure provides a valve actuator that has improved durability and efficiency. The valve actuator includes a housing cylinder having a pinion centrally located, running perpendicular to the cylinder, secured at the top with a circlip, sealed with o-rings and friction reducing bearings both at the top and bottom. A pair of pistons with linear gear teeth mates to opposite sides of the pinion and seals against the cylinder's interior with o-rings and friction reducing bearings. A cam, connected to the central pinion is stopped by bolts run into the cylinder at the end of both closing and opening strokes. The body is sealed with two endcaps having internal o-rings and secured with cap screws.

    摘要: A cylinder mechanism includes a cylinder body, a piston pole slidably installed to the cylinder body, a connecting member mounted to the piston pole away from the cylinder body, and an adjusting apparatus. The cylinder body includes two tabs protruding out from two side surfaces of the cylinder body. Each tab defines a guiding hole extending along a moving direction of the piston pole. The adjusting apparatus includes two screws and two adjusting nuts fitting about the two screws. A first end of each screw is mounted to the connecting member, and a second end of each screw is passed through the corresponding guiding hole. Each adjusting nut is connected to the second end of the corresponding screw, and the adjusting nut is configured to abut against the corresponding tab. The stroke of the piston pole is configured to adjust according as rotating the adjusting nuts.

A second connector of a piston rod that constitutes a cylinder unit is screw-engaged via a second cylinder hole with the displacement block. On the other hand, an end of a suction rod to which a negative pressure fluid is supplied is inserted through a cover member. In addition, by inserting a tool into a tool groove, which is formed on an end of the second connector and rotating the tool in a predetermined direction, the displacement block can be moved with respect to the piston rod in directions to approach and separate away from the body. Stated otherwise, a relative position of the displacement block with respect to the body can be adjusted.

    摘要: A linear actuator includes a guide mechanism and a retainer. On a guide block of the guide mechanism, a pair of ball-circulating grooves is formed on the lower surface that faces a cylinder body. Multiple balls are loaded in the ball-circulating grooves. Paired cover blocks are respectively mounted on the two ends of the guide block. The retainer has the form of paired ball clips, which are formed as arms to engage with the cover blocks when the clips are inserted in the ball-circulating grooves to hold the balls. Paired cover plates are respectively mounted on the end faces of the cover blocks, and arm-shaped cover clips are mounted so as to hold the cover plates. The cover plates, the cover blocks, and the guide block are thereby integrally linked.
