摘要： A master cylinder includes a seal defining a feeding channel and an exterior of a cylinder main body having an inner circumferential lip portion which protrudes from a toric base portion and comes into sliding contact with an outer circumferential surface of a piston, and an outer circumferential lip portion which abuts a circumferential groove of the cylinder main body. The inner circumferential lip portion has a length in a piston axis direction longer than the outer circumferential lip portion. The circumferential groove has an inclined surface portion formed in a circumferential wall on the feeding channel side such that a groove width increases from a groove bottom portion toward a groove opening portion.

摘要： A master brake cylinder is described for a brake system of a motor vehicle as having a hydraulic cylinder that has a plurality of hydraulic connections, in which at least one hydraulic piston is mounted so as to be displaceable axially in a direction of actuation and in a relief direction, the hydraulic piston being displaceable against the force of a spring element in the direction of actuation, the hydraulic piston having at least one lateral wall opening that, in at least one sliding position, opens into an inner chamber of the hydraulic cylinder. It is provided that the lateral wall opening is assigned an elastically deformable sealing ring that on its inner side is fastened on the hydraulic piston and on its outer side is pre-loaded against the hydraulic cylinder by its inherent elasticity and is shaped such that when the hydraulic piston is displaced in the direction of actuation it detaches from the hydraulic cylinder, and when the hydraulic piston is displaced in the relief direction it bears on the hydraulic cylinder.

摘要： An adjustment structure of a hydraulic brake system is provided, which includes a main body, a piston and an adjusting device. The main body includes at least one fluid reservoir, an inner chamber and at least one fluid passage. The inner chamber includes a cylinder channel and an opening part, and the cylinder channel is communicated with the fluid reservoir by at least one fluid port. The piston is driven by the brake cable to be limitedly moved in the cylinder channel. The piston includes a cable hole for receiving the brake cable, and the piston has a normal operated position relative to the fluid port. The adjusting device is disposed in the opening part and is abutted against the piston. The adjusting device is operated to be moved relative to the brake cable such that the piston is adjusted to be returned to the normal operated position.

摘要： A hydraulic device for controlling braking for farm tractors, earthmovers and like machines, comprises a master cylinder and brake booster. A piston of the brake booster defines first and second chambers which, under rest conditions, are in communication and, during braking, are cut off with the first chamber being put in communication with a discharge chamber of the master cylinder. The piston of the master cylinder is driven by a drive piston shaped to define with a plunger of the piston of the brake booster a hollow space through which the first chamber communicates with either the second chamber or the discharge chamber, depending on device operating conditions. In the plunger, a seat for a gasket-valve is arranged to cooperate with the drive piston, during braking, to prevent fluid leakage between the second and the first chamber as a consequence of the sliding of the drive piston caused by braking.

摘要： A self-sealing hydraulic device has a connecting assembly and a hydraulic assembly. The connecting assembly has an adaptor having a shell, a male fitting, and a barb fitting. The male fitting is mounted in the shell, is axially moveable relative to the shell, and has an axial hole and a radial hole orthogonally communicating with the axial hole. The radial hole is sealed by the shell. The barb fitting is connected to and communicates with both the shell and a hose. The hydraulic assembly is assembleable to the connecting assembly and has a housing, an elastic element, and a valve unit. The housing has a hydraulic chamber and an assembling hole communicating with the hydraulic chamber via a through hole. The elastic element is disposed in the housing. The valve unit is disposed inside the hydraulic chamber and driven by the elastic element to seal the through hole.
