    摘要: This invention relates to polyurethane(urea) encapsulated fertilizer particles which exhibit slow-release properties and to a process for their production. In one embodiment, the process comprises a) applying a polyisocyanate component to fertilizer particles to form isocyanate coated fertilizer particles, b) mixing an inert inorganic filler with said isocyanate coated fertilizer, c) adding an isocyanate-reactive component to the mixture of step b) and d) allowing the reactive components to react to form filler containing polyurethane(urea) encapsulated fertilizer particles containing from about 1 to about 15 percent by weight of filled polyurethane(urea), said percent by weight based on the total weight of the encapsulated fertilizer, with the proviso that the weight ratio of polyurethane(urea) to filler is from about 80:20 to about 30:70.

    摘要: The various embodiments disclosed and pictured herein are directed to an epicyclic joint with at least one axis of rotation. The epicyclic joint includes rotational members mounted to frame members in such a manner that rotational energy may be transposed along multiple axes of rotation without the need for the frame members to rotate. Epicyclic gear sets and compensation gears and shafts are employed to mitigate vibration, stress, and perturbation of the rotating members when the orientation of the epicyclic joint is varied along any of the axes of rotation. Planetary gear sets or differential gear sets may be used with the epicyclic joint, as may spur gears and miter gears.

    摘要: A centrifugal clutch for coupling the rotational force of a driving member to a driven member includes a hub that is adapted to be secured at substantially its center to the driving member. The hub has a plurality of arms extending substantially radially from its center. A plurality of clutch shoe means for coupling the driving and driven members are located circumferentially about the center of the hub and are slidably mounted on the arms of the hub for movement independently of one another along the arms inwardly and outwardly of the center of the hub. The clutch includes means for limiting the furthest extent to which the clutch shoe means may move outwardly of the center of the hub along the arms of the hub and means for urging the clutch shoe means inwardly along the arms of the hub toward the center of the hub.
