    摘要： A system and related methods for the management and evaluation of broker price opinions comprising, a method of determining a standardized score representative of the accuracy and quality of a broker price opinion. Data from the broker price opinion is extracted and evaluated according to a plurality of rules applicable to the type of broker price opinion. Each rule is given a particular weight, and an appraisal score may be calculating by summing each instance of a rule triggered multiplied by the weight assigned to that rule. Weights may be set by experts, or determined by statistical analysis.

    摘要： The subject invention discloses a base-less, low-resistance golf mat tee for supporting a golf ball when used in combination with a typical driving range golf mat. The base-less, low-resistance golf mat tee is comprised of a solid tubular shaft member with a distal end extending upwardly and terminating at its proximal end at the under-side surface of a flat, circular disc-shaped tee member of larger diameter that includes a multiplicity of bristles, foam fingers, or other low-resistance support means extending upwardly and attached or affixed to its top surface to provide angular support for the golf ball. The solid, tubular shaft member is received into the top side hole opening of a typical driving range golf mat and has a circumference that is fractionally smaller than that of the opening to allow for retention of the shaft member in the opening. The golf ball support structures extend upwardly above the top surface of the driving range mat and provide little to no resistance to the golf club when the golf ball is struck.

    摘要： The present invention is directed to a laser liner that may be utilized in the craft of scrapbooking. The laser liner of the present invention may comprise an elongated arm and at least one moveably mounted laser. The elongated arm may have a substantially straight longitudinal edge in which a user may line up a piece of media against it. The moveably mounted laser may be adapted to travel longitudinally along at least a portion of the elongated arm, and when powered, projects a beam upon the media in an orientation perpendicular to the longitudinal edge of the elongated arm.

The proximal end top surface of the tubular shaft member comprises a plurality of holes oriented around its circumference, from which a multiplicity of bristles or other low-resistance support means are affixed and extend upwardly to provide circular support for a golf ball. The tubular shaft member is received into the top side hole opening of a typical driving range golf mat and has a circumference that is fractionally smaller than that of the opening to assist in the retention of the shaft member in the opening. The low-resistance golf ball support structures extend upwardly above the top surface of the driving range mat and provide little to no resistance to the golf club when the golf ball is struck.
