摘要: A mill liner assembly for mounting on an inner diameter of a shell of a grinding mill. The mill liner assembly includes one or more shell plates for engagement with the shell, each of the shell plates having a cooperating portion thereof, and one or more lifter bars, each of the lifter bars having a mounting portion thereof, the mounting portion being receivable on the cooperating portion. The mill liner assembly also includes one or more layers having one or more substantially non-resilient materials and a substantially non-sticking surface. The layer is at least partially positioned on at least a first selected one of the cooperating portion and the mounting portion, to position the non-sticking surface thereof for engagement with a second selected one of the cooperating portion and the mounting portion, to impede adhesion of the shell plate and the lifter bar to each other.

摘要: A discharge end liner attachable to a discharge end wall in a grinding mill. The discharge end liner includes a number of pulp lifter elements mountable on the discharge end wall for at least partially defining a number of chambers rotatable in the predetermined direction respectively between a submerged condition and a raised condition. The discharge end liner also includes one or more grate subassemblies positionable on the pulp lifter elements, for at least partially screening the slurry. At least a part of each grate subassembly is located by an outer portion of the pulp lifter element in a predetermined position relative to the discharge end wall. An inner portion of each pulp lifter element defines an obtuse angle between the inner portion and the outer portion, for permitting the retained portion of the slurry to evacuate from each chamber respectively while each chamber is in the raised condition.

The discharge grate assembly includes a body having a number of apertures for permitting the slurry to flow from the mill shell chamber into the pulp lifter chamber. The discharge grate assembly also includes a number of louvers movable between a closed position, in which the apertures in the body are at least partially covered by the louvers, and an open position, in which the apertures are at least partially unobstructed by the louvers.

摘要: A discharge end liner attachable to a discharge end wall in a grinding mill. The discharge end liner includes a number of pulp lifter elements mountable on the discharge end wall for at least partially defining a number of chambers rotatable in the predetermined direction respectively between a submerged condition and a raised condition. The discharge end liner also includes one or more grate subassemblies positionable on the pulp lifter elements, for at least partially screening the slurry. At least a part of each grate subassembly is located by an outer portion of the pulp lifter element in a predetermined position relative to the discharge end wall. An inner portion of each pulp lifter element defines an obtuse angle between the inner portion and the outer portion, for permitting the retained portion of the slurry to evacuate from each chamber respectively while each chamber is in the raised condition.

摘要: A lifter bar for lifting an engaged portion of a load comprising a number of ore pieces above a disengaged portion of the load in a grinding mill having a shell rotatable about an axis thereof. The lifter bar includes a leading face having one or more leading surfaces, and a trailing face. The lifter bar is mountable on the shell located at a predetermined distance from a trailing face of a preceding lifter bar. When the lifter bar and the preceding lifter bar are mounted on the shell, the leading face and the trailing face of the preceding lifter bar at least partially define a pocket therebetween in which a part of the engaged portion of the load is at least partially retainable, until the leading surface is located in a predetermined release position, at which the part has substantially exited the pocket under the influence of gravity.

摘要: A grinding mill including one or more lifter bar assemblies mounted on a shell rotatable around a central axis thereof. Each lifter bar assembly is for lifting at least a lifted portion of a charge including ore, and includes a main portion for lifting and directing a main part of the lifted portion in a main part direction substantially orthogonal to the central axis of the shell. The lifter bar assembly also includes one or more terminal lifter bars located proximal to one or both of feed and discharge ends of the shell, for lifting and directing terminal part(s) of the lifted portion of the charge. The terminal lifter bar is positioned for directing the terminal part of the lifted portion of the charge at least partially in a terminal part direction which is substantially non-aligned with the main part direction.

摘要: The present disclosure refers to automated quality and usability assessment of scanned documents and illustrates embodiments pertaining to systems and methods utilized to achieve the same. The system comprises a user interface, a document analyzer coupled to the user interface, an error monitor coupled to the document analyzer and a usability processor coupled to the error monitor. The user interface enables a user to input intended purpose of scanned document as well as pre-determined parameters such as touching characters, broken characters, font height, density, too-dark, too-light, photo in B&W document, font to assess the quality of the scanned document etc.. The document analyzer is configured to analyze and ascertain whether the scanned document is in an appropriate format in accordance with the intended purpose of the scanned document. The error monitor further comprises a usability error identification unit, a page error identification unit, a scanner identification unit and a tangible error identification unit. The usability processor further comprises a text identification unit, a textual processing unit coupled to the text identification unit and an analysis unit coupled to the textual processing unit and an image analysis unit.
