摘要： A low-profile mine roof support device comprises a roof plate and a barrel. The barrel includes a nose portion, a shoulder portion, and a tapered bore for receiving a cable to secure the roof plate to the mine roof. The shoulder portion of the barrel comprises a convex surface that seats against the plate. So configured, a majority of the barrel, which includes the nose portion and the tapered bore, passes through the plate and into a drilled hole formed in the mine roof, thereby advantageously minimizing the extent to which the support device extends into the workspace of the mine without sacrificing the length of the barrel.

摘要： A cable coupler includes a body having a first end, a second end, and first and second passageways sized and shaped to receive a cable, with each passageway including a tapered portion. A wedge assembly is disposed in each tapered portion to secure a cable to the body. A clip assembly is attached to the body adjacent the tapered portion of each of the passageways and is shiftable between a closed position in which the clip assembly is positioned to prevent an adjacent one of the wedge assemblies from exiting the corresponding passageway and an open position in which the adjacent wedge assembly is insertable into the tapered portion of the corresponding passageway.

摘要： Systems and methods for providing an image on an organic product to provide a communication to the recipient or otherwise individualize the organic product. The image is photo-etched into a photosensitive material of a printing plane or cliché by the use of a film positive. Ink is applied to the cliché and a transfer medium is placed in contact with the cliché. The transfer medium lifts ink from the image area of the cliché and creates a negative image on the medium. The transfer medium transfers the inked image onto an organic product, such as a flower petal or leaf. The printed image is then set so as to remain on the organic product to communicate a message to and/or to individualize the product for the intended recipient.
