摘要： In a method for synchronizing drive units, a target value of the speed of each drive unit of a plurality of drive units speed is computed by determining the product of a maximum speed of the drive unit, a unit-dependent normalized ratio value of the drive unit, and a synchronization factor which is identical for all drive units. The ratio value defines the relative speeds of the individual drive units. Changing the synchronization factor causes synchronous speed changes of the drive units. As a result, a lasting synchronization can be realized across the entire speed spectrum.

In the event of a change in cross-section of the extrusion product, the change is measured and the distance of the caterpillar tracks from the length axis is automatically adjusted such that the symmetry axis of the extrusion product coincides with the longitudinal axis of the caterpillar take-off unit.

摘要： A method for visual remote control with faithful imaging, whereby a control unit for a plastics processing machine includes a first display screen on which changing display screen information is displayed in pixels arranged line-by-line and the control unit is connected to a remote control unit which includes a second display screen. A universal applicability of a remote control unit is ensured by means of a compression method by which the display content of a control unit is transmitted essentially identically onto the display screen of the remote control unit.

摘要： A plastics processing machine for producing fiber-containing thermoplastics includes an extruder, and a scale assembly having a weighing plate for determining an amount of fiber to be supplied to the extruder. A fiber feeding device supplies fibers from a take-off unit into the extruder and includes a first fiber guide unit, which is securely fixed to the weighing plate, for removing the fibers from the take-off unit, and a second fiber guide unit which is decoupled from the weighing plate and so constructed as to route the fibers between the first and second guide units in a substantially perpendicular relationship to a gravitational force.
