摘要： A multi-purpose hand tool has a first member having opposite main surfaces and an elongated slot extending through the the main surfaces. A second member is slidably and pivotally coupled to one of the main surfaces of the first member. The second member has opposite main surfaces and a through-hole which extends through the main surfaces thereof and is generally vertically aligned with the elongated slot of the first member to define with the elongated slot a passage for receiving therethrough a marking member having a marking portion for contacting the surface of the material during a marking operation. A coupling assembly slidably and pivotally couples the second member to the first member to allow the second member to slide on and pivot relative to the first member between a first position in which the multi-purpose hand tool can be used to conduct a first marking operation on the surface of the material, and a second position in which the multi-purpose hand tool can be used to conduct a second marking operation on the surface of the material different from the first marking operation.
