摘要： The present patent application refers to pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least a semicarbazone or a thiosemicarbazone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrated or solvated thereof, for the treatment of inflammatory, febrile and painful inflammatory conditions, inflammatory edema and peripheral or central neurophatic painful conditions or prevention of signs and symptoms of inflammation. Claim also pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least a semicarbazone, or a thiosemicarbazone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrated or solvated thereof and a therapeutically effective amount of these compounds, mixed or included in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient or a thiosemicarbazone is provided as sustained or controlled release systems for human and veterinary use in solutions or in the solid state.
