    摘要: A method and detection system monitors the speed of an elevator car and, in case of excess speed caused by brake failure of a motor brake or shaft fracture of a drive pulley shaft, a safety circuit is opened and the detection system is transferred from a normal operational state (State 1) to a retardation state (State 2) in which it is monitored whether the elevator car is retarded after defined speed presets. After a successful retardation, the detection system is transferred to a state of standstill monitoring (State 3) in which it is monitored whether the elevator car leaves its standstill position. If the presets of State 2 or State 3 are not fulfilled, the detection system is transferred to a braking state of the brake (State 4) in which a brake which fixes the elevator car is activated.

    摘要: A safety circuit in an elevator system includes at least one series connection of safety-relevant contacts that are closed during trouble-free operation of the elevator system, wherein in the case of certain operating conditions in which at least one contact is opened, the at least one contact can be bridged by semiconductor switches, and wherein the semiconductor switches are controlled by at least one processor and monitored by at least one monitoring circuit for short circuits. At least one electromechanical relay circuit, having relay contacts connected in series with the contacts of the bridged series connection can be controlled by the at least one processor and the bridgable series connection can be interrupted by the relay contacts in the case of short-circuiting of the semiconductor switches.

    摘要: Position transmitting equipment for ascertaining the position of a rail-guided elevator car includes a code carrier, which is arranged over the car travel path in fixed location on a guide rail with code marks of different permeability. A permanently precise reading of the coding is ensured by the fact that the code carrier is fixedly connected with a non-magnetic cover externally covering the code marks. The code carrier together with the outwardly facing non-magnetic cover are inserted into a receiving groove of the car guide rail, whereby a simple and reliable mounting is achieved and, in addition, temperature-dependent differences in expansion between the code carrier and the guide rail are avoided.

    摘要: An elevator car position measuring system includes a strip having a code mark pattern mounted near the elevator car and parallel to a travel direction, a code reading device mounted on the elevator car for contactless scanning of the code mark pattern and an evaluating unit connected to the code reading device for evaluating the scanned code mark pattern. A code word is formed by “n” successive code marks of the code mark pattern, a plurality of different ones of the code words are unambiguously arranged in an n-digit pseudo random sequence, the code words form a single-track of the code mark pattern and each of the code words represents an absolute car position. A floor sensor mounted on the elevator car detects position markings at floor levels along the travel direction and is connected to the evaluating units for evaluating the detected position markings against said scanned code words.
