摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of reducing the power consumption of a packaging machine without declining the availability factor of the whole of the system in a packaging system. In order to achieve the object, the packaging system includes a processing device performing a predetermined process on supplied processing objects and discharging them, and a packaging machine packaging the processing objects discharged from the processing device. The packaging machine includes a control unit centralized controlling the operation of the whole of the packaging machine. The control unit operates the packaging machine in the power-saving mode when the insufficient supply of the processing objects has occurred in the processing device, or when the insufficient supply of the processing objects is likely to occur in the processing device.

摘要: A linear guide apparatus maintaining a high dust-proof performance over an extended period of time and includes side seal units attached to end parts of a slider in the axial direction. Each side seal unit is provided with: a first seal member, at the slider, arranged in the axial direction of the slider; a second seal member at the outside of the slider in the axial direction; and a lubricating member held between the first and second seal members. The first seal member has first lip parts sliding against the rolling element rolling grooves of the guide rail, while the second seal member has second lip parts sliding against the rolling element rolling grooves. The lubricating member has a first oil-containing member for supplying lubricant to the rolling element rolling grooves. The first and second lip parts are arranged not to come into contact with the first oil-containing member.

摘要: A robot toy includes a body and a controller. The body includes right and left arms, legs, arm-actuating mechanisms, thrust mechanisms, and a driving unit. The arms can be extended forward and back, and are pulled back by a predetermined biasing force in a normal condition. The arm-actuating mechanisms provided at the respective arms allow the corresponding arms to be extended in front of the body against the biasing force. The thrust mechanisms provided at the respective legs allow the corresponding legs to move forward. The driving unit drives one of a pair of the left arm-actuating mechanism and the left thrust mechanism and a pair of the right arm-actuating mechanism and the right thrust mechanism. The driving unit simultaneously drives the arm-actuating mechanism and the thrust mechanism in the same pair.

摘要: In a retaining piece interposed between the adjacent rolling balls, a concave surface of each of both side surfaces of the retaining piece where it contacts with the spherical surfaces of the balls is configured to partly contact with the spherical surface of the ball. The concave surface includes a linear contact portion to be in contact with the ball and an approximate curved surface having the radius of curvature approximate to that of the ball, which is located on the inner side of the linear contact portion. In addition, recesses which are joined to the gate portion and the ejector pin in a molding process are formed in the concave surfaces. A recess is formed at the joining portion or near a parting line. Fins formed in the molding process are capable to be put into the recess.

摘要: In the present linear guide bearing, the center of curvature O′ of a ball reversing passage 27 is shifted to a return side ball passage 25 side by a given amount m when compared with the center of curvature O′ of a conventional guide bearing. Due to this, not only the radius of curvature of a concave-arc-shaped groove 29 formed in each end cap 9 is reduced by a given amount m but also the concave-arc-shaped groove 29 is shifted to the return side ball passage 25 side by a given amount m, when compared with the conventional guide bearing. Thus, an angle &agr; formed between a line connecting the leading end of a tongue portion 31 to the center of curvature O′ of a ball reversing passage 27 and the moving-direction end face of a bearing main body 7, can be reduced significantly when compared with the conventional bearing.

摘要: A weighing apparatus has a weighing conveyor with a conveyor belt driven by a drive motor for transporting and weighing an object at the same time and outputting a weight signal indicative of its weight. The lengths of the weighing conveyor and the object in the direction of transportation are inputted and the weight signals outputted by the weighing conveyor are filtered so as to eliminate vibration components due to the vibration of the conveyor. The distance traveled by the object on the weighing conveyor is detected from the angle of rotation of the drive motor, and the timing for processing the weight signals, or when to start the measurement of weight and when to obtain the weight value, is determined independent of the transportation speed of the belt but from the detected distance traveled by the object and the inputted length values.
