摘要： In a process for preparing a Diels-Alder addition product of a conjugated diolefin and acrylonitrile by reacting the conjugated diolefin with acrylonitrile, a vessel type reactor is used. The pressure of the gaseous phase in the reactor is increased by using an inert gas in the reaction. A premixed solution of the conjugated diolefin or a compound which produces the conjugated diolefin in the reactor and acrylonitrile is released through an upper portion of the reactor into the gaseous phase and then dropped into a liquid phase to react. A reaction product is taken out through a lower portion of the reactor. The process can be carried out continuously in a safe manner over an extended period of time without any adhesion of an insoluble polymer to the reactor or to the inlet or outlet pipes, and without sudden pressure fluctuations.

摘要： A thermosetting composition which comprises (A) an epoxy group-containing modified polyester polymer comprising a structural moiety of (a) a carboxyl group-containing polyester resin having a number average molecular weight of 1,500 to 50,000 and a resin acid value of 2 to 30 mgKOH/g and a structural moiety of a polymer of (b) an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer, the carboxyl groups and a part of the epoxy groups being bonded in an equivalent ratio of the carboxyl groups in the component (a) to the epoxy groups in the polymer of the component (b) of 0.1 or less, and having an epoxy equivalent weight of 200 to 2,000 g/mol, and (B) a compound having two or more functional groups which are blocked by a vinyl ether, vinyl thioether or heterocyclic group carrying oxygen or sulfur as the heteroatom and having a double bond of the vinyl type. The composition can give cured articles excellent in hardness, chemical resistance, stain resistance, processability, impact resistance, elasticity and weathering resistance and has a good storage stability.

摘要： A thermosetting composition comprises (A) a compound having in the molecule two or more carboxyl groups blocked by a vinyl ether compound, a vinyl thioether compound or a hetero compound having a vinyl type double bond and oxygen or sulfur as the hetero atom, (B) a compound having in the molecule two or more reactive functional groups which can form chemical bonds with the blocked carboxyl groups, and (C) a dispersing component of at least one inorganic oxide sol selected from the group consisting of aluminium oxide sol, silica sol, zirconium oxide sol and antimony oxide sol, and optionally (D) a thermal latent acid catalyst which is activated during curing the composition by heating. A method of coating and a coated article comprise applying the composition. The obtained paint film has excellent weathering resistance, stain resistance, stain-removing property, chemical resistance, moisture resistance and excellent appearance.
