Abstract: A method for producing a laminated pane, wherein a first laminating film, a carrier film, and a second laminating film are provided and joined to form a pre-laminate, wherein the first laminating film, the carrier film, and the second laminating film have the same film thickness, a compensating film and the pre-laminate are arranged to form a layer stack between a first pane and a second pane, wherein, parallel to two side edges of the layer stack, in each case a strip-shaped peripheral film is arranged and the compensating film is provided to compensate an offset between the pre-laminate and the peripheral films, and the layer stack including the first pane, the pre-laminate, the compensating film with peripheral films, and the second pane is laminated to form a laminated pane, wherein the first laminating film and the second laminating film have a plasticizer content of less than 15 wt.-%.

Abstract: A device for picking up, shaping, and placing a thin glass pane, includes a frame with an upper side and a lower side, which is suitable to be directed at a glass pane with a thickness of less than 1 mm, and which is provided with a plurality of picking up pins that are arranged substantially parallel to one another and whose end directed at the glass pane is equipped with a suction cup, wherein the picking up pins are movable along their direction of extension independent of one another in order to adapt the arrangement of the suction cups to an intended shape of the glass pane.

Abstract: A method for producing a composite glass pane, includes placing a first glass pane having a thickness less than or equal to 1 mm on a support mould, wherein the first glass pane is curved into a shape determined by the support mould; placing at least one thermoplastic film on the first glass pane; placing a curved second glass pane having a thickness greater than or equal to 1.5 mm on the thermoplastic film; and joining the first glass pane to the second glass pane via the thermoplastic film to form a composite glass pane by lamination.

Abstract: A composite pane includes a first pane, a second pane, and a thermoplastic film arranged between the two panes, wherein at least one pane is in the form of a flat glass and at least one pane surface has a plurality of elongated elevations and elongated depressions that extend along a first pane direction and are alternatingly arranged in a second pane direction perpendicular to the first pane direction, the thermoplastic film is produced by extrusion and at least one film surface has a plurality of elongated elevations and elongated depressions that extend along a first film direction and are alternatingly arranged in a second film direction perpendicular to the first film direction, wherein the elongated elevations of the at least one pane are arranged at an angle different from 90° relative to the elongated elevations of the thermoplastic film.
