Abstract: An object is to obtain a laminate that allows a printed layer to be separated/released more easily from a resin base material or sealant layer using a release solution, while achieving excellent lamination-suitability. As a solution, a laminate comprising a resin base material, a releasing primer layer, a printed layer, a releasing primer layer and a sealant layer, being stacked in this order, is provided, wherein the releasing primer composition for forming the releasing primer layers contains a polyethyleneimine-based compound with an amine value of 5.0 to 25.0 mmol/g and/or polybutadiene-based compound.

Abstract: An object is to allow a base material and a printed layer to bond together securely during use, while also making it easier to release the printed layer from the base material after use and facilitating the separation/release of the printed layer from the release solution thereafter, as well as to, in a laminate comprising a base material film and a paper base material layered thereon via an adhesive layer, facilitate the separation/release of the adhesive layer from the base material film. As a solution, a releasing primer composition containing a polyethyleneimine-based compound with an amine value of 5.0 to 25.0 mmol/g and/or polybutadiene-based compound is provided, which is used, with respect to a printed matter formed in the order of a resin base material, a releasing primer layer, and a printed layer, for forming the releasing primer layer.

Abstract: A releasing primer composition contains at least one type selected from (1) to (3) below, for forming the releasing primer layer which is used in a laminate by lamination layered in the order of a resin base material, the releasing primer layer, a printed layer, and a sealant layer: (1) a mixture containing a silane coupling agent containing glycidyl groups and a polyethyleneimine compound; (2) a mixture containing a silane coupling agent containing isocyanate groups and a polyethyleneimine compound; (3) a siloxane-modified polyethyleneimine compound. The releasing primer composition is intended to allow the base material and the printed layer to adhere together strongly and unfailingly during use, while more easily separating/releasing the printed layer from the resin base material and from sealant layer, as well as to achieve excellent laminatability and post-retort laminatability.

Abstract: A printing ink composition for laminate contains a pigment, a binder resin, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound as curing agent, and an organic solvent, wherein the binder resin is a polyurethane resin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer; at least one of the polyurethane resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer has a reactive group that can react with the isocyanate group in the polyfunctional isocyanate compound; the ratio of the solid content of the polyurethane resin and that of the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is in a range of 9/1 to 1/9 (polyurethane resin/vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer); and the ratio of the sum of the solid contents of the polyurethane resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer and the solid content of the curing agent is in a range of 1:0.2 to 0.9 ((polyurethane resin+copolymer):curing agent).

Abstract: An ink composition for film printing contains a pigment, a binder resin and an organic solvent, wherein the binder resin contains a polyurethane resin (A) and a “vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate”-based copolymer resin (B); the polyurethane resin (A) contains a polyurethane resin that has at its end at least one type of amino group selected from primary amino group, secondary amino group, and tertiary amino group, and also have a hydroxyl group; and (A)/(B)=95/5 to 45/55 (ratio by mass). The ink composition allows decorative printing by offering excellent printability characteristics and adhesion property when printed on a clear deposition film having an inorganic oxide deposited on its surface, or a composite film on which a barrier resin is layered, therefore expanding the fields in which the ink composition can be applied for use on packaging containers.
