    摘要: A display device includes a base substrate having a main area, a sub-area, and a bending area. The main area includes pixels that each include a thin film transistor having a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The display device includes a first insulating layer, a first conductive layer and a second insulating layer. The bending area includes a bending organic layer in a bending open portion. A second conductive layer is disposed on the second insulating layer and includes a source connection electrode. An encapsulation layer covers a light emitting element disposed on the second conductive layer for each of the pixels. A touch layer and a color filter layer are disposed on the encapsulation layer. The color filter layer includes a plurality of first color patterns overlapping the source connection electrode in the bending area that are separated from each other.

    摘要: A display device includes a substrate including a display region and non-display region, and at least one pixel disposed in the display region. The at least one pixel includes an emission region that emits a light, a non-emission region that does not emit the light, a light emitting element disposed in the emission region, and a pixel circuit that drives the light emitting element. The display device further includes a passivation layer disposed between the pixel circuit and the light emitting element. The passivation layer covers the pixel circuit and includes a concave pattern disposed in the non-emission region. The display device further includes a power supply line disposed on the passivation layer in the non-emission region and connected to the light emitting element. The power supply line includes an uneven pattern corresponding to the concave pattern.

    摘要: An optical mask for forming a pattern is provided. The optical mask includes: a substrate including a light blocking pattern formed on portions of the substrate, wherein the light blocking pattern includes a halftone layer and a light blocking layer formed on the halftone layer, and the halftone layer and the light blocking layer overlap such that at least an edge portion of the halftone layer is exposed. A pitch of the light blocking pattern may about 6 μm, and a transmission ratio of the halftone layer may range from about 10% to about 50%.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device including: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining film on the pixel electrode and having a first opening at least partially exposing the pixel electrode; an organic light-emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a common electrode on the organic light-emitting layer and the pixel defining film; an encapsulation layer on the common electrode; a black matrix on the encapsulation layer and having a second opening overlapping the first opening; and a plurality of first sensing lines on the black matrix and surrounding the pixel electrode in a plan view to define a pixel region. At least portions of the first sensing lines defining the pixel region do not overlap the common electrode in the pixel region to reduce the common electrode's influence on the touch sensing lines and improve touch sensitivity.
