    摘要: A power supply device includes a power circuit, feedback circuit, compensation circuit, and PWM controller. The power circuit generates an output voltage based on a PWM signal. The feedback circuit outputs a feedback voltage. The compensation circuit compares a reference voltage with the feedback voltage and outputs a compensation signal based on a comparison result. The PWM controller adjusts the duty ratio of the PWM signal based on the compensation signal. The compensation circuit includes a comparator to compare the feedback voltage with the reference voltage, a first voltage adjuster to adjust a voltage level of a compensation voltage based on the comparison result, and a compensator output the compensation signal based on the voltage level of the compensation voltage. The compensation signal has a width in a high section that varies. The booster boosts the response speed of the compensator in a predetermined section based on a control signal.

    摘要: A display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels for receiving a plurality of gate signals, and a plurality of data voltages, a level shifter for receiving a gate driving voltage and a plurality of gate control clocks to generate a plurality of reference clocks, and for generating a plurality of control clocks by delaying the reference clocks by a predetermined time, a gate driver for outputting the gate signals in response to the control clocks, a short circuit protector for sensing a current of each control clock at each falling edge of each gate control clock to detect a static current of the each control clock, and for outputting a shut-down signal based on a count of the static current detection, and a voltage generator for providing the gate driving voltage to the level shifter, and shutting down in response to the shut-down signal.
