    Abstract: A display device may include a first conductive layer disposed on a substrate, and including an auxiliary bottom line and an additional conductive pattern; a first insulating layer disposed on the substrate and the first conductive layer; a semiconductor pattern disposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer and the semiconductor pattern; a second conductive layer disposed on the second insulating layer, and including a conductive pattern and a gate electrode; a third insulating layer disposed on the second insulating layer and the second conductive layer; a connection pattern disposed on the third insulating layer and electrically connected to the conductive pattern; a first electrode disposed on the connection pattern and electrically connected to the connection pattern; and at least one light emitting element disposed on the first electrode and electrically connected to the first electrode.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a data driver that converts input data into a data signal and supplies the data signal to an output line, a pixel unit including pixels that display an image based on the data signal, a demultiplexer including transistors electrically connected to the output line in the display panel, and transmitting the data signal from the output line to data lines electrically connected to the pixels, and a timing controller that supplies control signals to control a supply timing of the data signal. A number of the transistors are electrically connected in series, and others of the transistors are electrically connected in parallel.
