Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a piezoelectric blower, including a first diaphragm comprising a first piezoelectric element disposed at an outer surface thereof, a second diaphragm comprising a second piezoelectric element disposed at the outer surface thereof and disposed to be spaced, in parallel, apart from the first diaphragm, and a rim disposed along circumferences of an edge of the first diaphragm and an edge of the second diaphragm. The piezoelectric blower further includes a blower chamber defined by the first diaphragm, the second diaphragm, and the rim, and an opening through which air is sucked and discharged into and from a blower chamber.
