摘要: Systems and methods for controlling and/or calibrating a pump system for use in negative pressure wound therapy are described herein. In some embodiments, a method for controlling a pump system includes calculating an amplitude and an offset for a drive signal based at least in part on previously calculated parameters and a negative pressure setting, generating the drive signal, and applying the drive signal to a pump system. The pump system can be fludicially connected to a wound dressing positioned over a wound.

摘要: A pair of glasses with a wearing cushion device comprises a main body, an inflatable cushion system, an air pump, a switch element, a control unit and an air channel. The inflatable cushion system comprises two supporting cushions and two buffer cushions. When the switch element is turned on, the switch element issues an enabling signal to the control unit and the control unit enables the air pump in response to the enabling signal. When the air pump is enabled, an ambient gas is transferred to the two supporting cushions and the two buffer cushions through the air channel. The two supporting cushions and the two buffer cushions are inflated with the gas and expanded, so as to fit closely on the ears of the user by the two buffer cushions, and fit closely on the bridge of the nose of the user by the supporting cushions.

摘要: A dual pumping fluid pump which significantly reduces vibration and noise generation. When a cam installed on a rotating shaft of a single electric motor is rotated, a pair of first and second diaphragms installed in connection to an eccentric shaft portion formed on both the left and right sides of the cam alternatingly rise and descend in opposite directions and cause first and second intake check valves and first and second discharge check valves provided on a fluid passage box integrally and connectedly installed on the top surface of a pump housing to open or close first and second intake holes and first and second discharge holes to admit fluid through a fluid inlet and simultaneously discharge fluid through a fluid outlet, so that the simultaneous effects of the intake pressure and discharge pressure of fluid causes pressure balancing to occur.

摘要: A shoe automatic inflatable cushion system is applied to a shoe which includes a shoe body and a bottom part connected therewith. When a weight sensor disposed on the bottom part detects a load, a control module receives an enabling signal and accordingly drives an air pump to operate, so that an inflatable cushion disposed in the shoe body is inflated and expanded. When an air pressure sensor detects the pressure inside the inflatable cushion higher than a specified threshold interval, the air pressure sensor sends a disabling signal to the control module, and the control module receives a disabling signal and accordingly stops operation of the air pump.

摘要: A roundel structure for a five-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump includes a cylindrical or inverted frustoconical eccentric roundel in an eccentric roundel mount. The cylindrical or inverted frustoconical eccentric roundel includes an annular positioning groove or indentation, a vertical or inverted frustoconical flank and a sloped top ring extending from the annular positioning groove or indentation to the flank. The sloped top ring eliminates the oblique high frequency pull and squeezing phenomena that occurs in a conventional tubular eccentric roundel arrangement.

摘要: A pump unit (10) includes a number of pumps (14) each having a port in fluid connection to a combined port (12) of the pump unit. A processing system (16) is connected to each of the pumps (14) for independent actuation of each pump. A user interface (22) allows user actuation of the pump unit according to one or more mode of operation, requiring various different levels of suction or pressure. The processing system (16) determines what number of pumps (14) is required, and selectively actuates pumps in order to generate the required suction or pressure. Particularly preferred applications include breast pumps. Additional aspects of the invention relate to a cyclic pulsed suction profile generated by the device, implementations that detect when a milk extraction set is not properly deployed, and configurations which allow a touch screen to be used as a power-on switch for the device.

摘要: A vibrational fluid mover includes a housing having at least one actuator element positioned thereon that vibrates responsive to a wave shape voltage applied thereto, such that a volume of a chamber in the housing increases and decreases to entrain and eject fluid into/out from the chamber. A control system is operably connected to the actuator element to cause the voltage to be provided thereto so as to actively control the movement of the actuator element. The control system is programmed to set a baseline value for an operational parameter of the vibrational fluid mover generated responsive to a target voltage and frequency being provided, monitor operation of the vibrational fluid mover during operation at the target voltage and frequency, identify a deviation of the operational parameter from the baseline value, and modify the voltage and frequency provided to the actuator element based on any deviation of the operational parameter.

摘要: A vibrational fluid mover assembly having an active damping mechanism is disclosed. The vibrational fluid mover assembly includes a vibrational fluid mover having a first plate, a second plate spaced apart from the first plate, a spacer element having an orifice formed therein and being positioned between the first and second plates to maintain the first and second plates in a spaced apart relationship, and an actuator element coupled to at least one of the first and second plates to selectively cause deflection thereof such that a fluid flow is generated and projected out from the orifice. The vibrational fluid mover assembly also includes an absorber system connected to the vibrational fluid mover and providing active damping to the vibrational fluid mover, with the absorber system having suspension tabs coupled to the vibrational fluid mover and spring components configured to mount the vibrational fluid mover in a suspended arrangement.

In some embodiments, a pump cassette comprises: a pump body having a pump chamber, an inlet valve in fluid communication with the pump chamber, and an outlet valve in fluid communication with the pump chamber; a diaphragm coupled to the pump body such that the diaphragm is movable to vary a volume in the pump chamber; and an identifier configured to store one or more properties of the pump cassette such that the identifier is readable by an automated reader to determine the one or more properties. In some embodiments, the pump cassette is configured to be removably coupled to a wound-treatment apparatus having an actuator such that the actuator can be activated to move the diaphragm.
