A thin film structure including a dielectric material layer and an electronic device to which the thin film structure is applied are provided. The dielectric material layer includes a compound expressed by ABO3, wherein at least one of A and B in ABO3 is substituted and doped with another atom having a larger atom radius, and ABO3 becomes A1-xA′xB1-yB′yO3 (where x>=0, y>=0, at least one of x and y≠0, a dopant A′ has an atom radius greater than A and/or a dopant B′ has an atom radius greater than B) through substitution and doping. A dielectric material property of the dielectric material layer varies according to a type of a substituted and doped dopant and a substitution doping concentration.

The method includes receiving at least one communication event or message from at least one external device; obtaining identification information which is stored in the memory or is obtained from the at least one external device or at least one external device; identifying a user who sent the received, at least one communication event or message, by using the obtained identification information; creating or extracting notice information, based on at least part of the received, at least one communication event or message; linking the notice information to the identified user; and displaying and overlaying a notice, grouping information regarding the identified user and the notice information, on other objects displayed on the screen of the display.

A method and apparatus for assigning a conversation level in a portable terminal is provided. The method for assigning a conversation level in a portable terminal includes entering, by a user of the portable terminal, a message in a chat window, comparing the message to be sent with a conversation level when the user inputs transmission for the message and updating the conversation level based on a result of the comparison, and sending the message and displaying the sent message on the chat window.
Abstract:
Disclosed are methods of operating augmented reality (AR) contents, and a device and a system supporting the same. In one method, a real world image is captured using a camera in a portable device. A virtual space corresponding to the real world image is built, by partitioning image elements included in the virtual space into plural background objects and displaying the background objects. Augmented reality contents are generated by mapping one or more user contents onto the background objects. In other embodiments, location information of the portable device is used to obtain AR contents for enhancing captured images.

An electronic device for performing communication with a counterpart by using an assistance module, and a control method thereof are provided. The electronic device includes a touchscreen display and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to display a notification window indicating whether to perform a call with the assistance module of the electronic device, based on an occurrence of an incoming call, perform the call, with a counterpart that originated the incoming call, through the assistance module, based on a selection input to the notification window, and in response to receiving a control utterance for controlling the electronic device from the counterpart that is received during the call, control the electronic device according to the control utterance.

Various embodiments of the present invention provide a method and apparatus for measuring a users' biometric information and providing information related to the biometric information by an electronic device. An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention may comprise a sensor module, a display device, and a processor, wherein the processor: acquires, on the basis of the sensor module, biometric information of a user and place information related to the user; matches the biometric information with the place information; displays an interface including biometric information for a predetermined period of time through the display device; determines a place of a region selected by the user and a duration corresponding to the place in the interface; and specifies the duration and highlightedly displays biometric information within the duration in the interface. Various embodiments are possible.

The lattice constant of the material of the support layer may be less than a lattice constant of the compound.
