    摘要： Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for receiving a workload period, during which a workload is applied to a database system, providing a set of ML models based on historical data representative of historical executions of the workload over the workload period, each ML model configured to predict a cluster arrival rate curve (cARC), and during execution of the workload period and, for each timeslice of a plurality of timeslice of the workload period: providing a predicted cARC from each ML model, the predicted cARC representative of a predicted workload, determining column visiting times for each of a plurality of columns of each of a plurality of tables stored in the database system, generating a column list based on the column visiting times, and loading column data representative of columns included in the column list into low-latency memory prior to execution of a workload during the respective timeslice.

    摘要： Techniques and solutions are described for receiving query results from one or more query services. A system implementing disclosed techniques can receive an identifier for the query used by a query service and an identifier for the query used by the issuing computer system. The query service and the computer system that issued the query can use different schemas for query results. A mapping can be established that maps elements of one schema to the other schema. This mapping, and a mapping of the query identifiers, can be used to convert query results to a format useable by the computing system that issued the query. By converting query results from multiple query services, which may have different formats, to a common format of the issuing computing system, the use of multiple query services is facilitated.

    摘要： A framework for developing applications is described herein. In accordance with one aspect, an application is developed using an integrated development environment (IDE) with a preview function. The preview function may be selected to preview the application. In response to the selection of the preview function, the IDE causes a companion application on an end-user device to be launched onto an application simulator on the end-user device. The companion application is a container application that includes plugins of local resources. The application may be run in the companion application, where the application may access local resources provided by the companion application.
