摘要: A clutch carrier assembly for a transmission is disclosed that comprises a clutch carrier and a ring gear carrier. The clutch carrier includes a plurality of tabs and the ring gear carrier includes a plurality of openings defined in, and extending through, an outer surface. The ring gear carrier is disposed within the clutch carrier. Each of the tabs is received within a corresponding one of the openings such that the ring gear carrier and the clutch carrier are held together.

摘要: A combination bearing is configured to support both axial loads and radial loads. The combination bearing includes a bearing housing including a radial bearing ring and an axial bearing cup. Radial rolling elements are located within the radial bearing ring, are configured to support a radial load, and collectively rotate about a central axis. Axial rolling elements are located within the axial bearing cup, are configured to support an axial load, and are axially offset from the radial rolling elements along the axis. An axial washer directly contacts the axial rolling elements. The axial washer is configured to support the axial load and transfer it toward the axial rolling elements. A sealing washer is disposed about the axis and spaced axially from the axial washer. Oil is retained within the combination bearing during free-wheeling conditions with little to no external oil supply.

摘要: A hybrid module includes a housing with a bulkhead wall, a K0 shaft, a rotor assembly, a rotor carrier and a first bearing. The K0 shaft is arranged for driving connection with a crankshaft. The rotor assembly has an electric motor rotor and a thrust surface for a K0 clutch. The K0 clutch is arranged to drivingly connect the rotor assembly to the K0 shaft. The rotor carrier is fixed to the rotor assembly and the first bearing is arranged to rotationally separate the bulkhead wall and the rotor carrier. In an example embodiment, the first bearing is a deep groove ball bearing. In an example embodiment, the hybrid module includes a seal installed in the bulkhead wall and contacting the K0 shaft. In an example embodiment, the hybrid module includes a bushing installed on the K0 shaft and arranged for contacting an inner bore of the crankshaft.

The integration kit simplifies assembly and saves space. The integration kit includes a resolver integration sleeve that includes a first axial section including a radially inner surface defining a bearing support and radially inwardly extending flange defining an axial abutment surface. The resolver integration sleeve also includes a second axial section including at least one anti-rotation slot dimensioned to receive a portion of a trigger wheel, at least one anti-rotation tab extending axially towards the first axial section and dimensioned to be received by a rotor, at least one securing tab extending radially outward and configured to engage a trigger wheel, and a radially outwardly extending flange.
