摘要: An example transmission comprising a lubricant feed passageway to receive lubricant; an input shaft having a cavity that defines a shaft collection trough to receive the lubricant from the lubricant feed passageway, the input shaft defining a radial passageway to enable the lubricant to flow from the shaft collection trough to an exterior surface of the input shaft; and a carrier to receive at least a portion of the input shaft, the carrier defining a carrier collection trough and channels formed in the carrier to distribute the lubricant to at least one of rotating components or non-rotating components in the carrier, the carrier collection trough to receive the lubricant from the shaft collection trough via the radial passageway in response to the input shaft rotating.

摘要: An oil recovery device for a reducer of an aircraft turbomachine, the device having a gutter extending around an axis and being intended to be arranged facing oil ejection means formed in a ring gear of the reducer of the turbomachine. The gutter can include at least one oil reception chamber which extends around the axis and which is open towards the axis so as to receive the oil coming from the oil ejection means. The reception chamber can be delimited by a first wall and a second wall arranged facing each other. The first wall can have an axial oil evacuation orifice and the second wall can have a radial dimension relative to the axis which increases increasingly along the axis towards the axial orifice, so as to allow oil ejected by the reducer to be conveyed to the axial orifice.

摘要: A transmission device includes an axis of rotation defining an axial direction, a supporting component, and an oil collector. The supporting component includes connecting holes and oil inlets. The oil collector includes a support plate, a channel connected to the support plate, oil guiding nozzles plugged axially into the oil inlets, fastening elements for holding the oil collector on the supporting component, and platforms disposed on a side of the fastening elements facing away from the supporting component. The channel runs around the axis of rotation and includes an outer contour. The fastening elements are at least partially fixedly engaged with the connecting holes. The platforms project radially from the oil collector radially beyond the outer contour. Each platform includes a planar surface and a projection. The projection projects out of the planar surface and axially beyond the platform.

摘要: A planetary gearbox for a wind turbine has a planetary gearbox housing, at least one sun gear, at least one internal gear, a planetary carrier with a first planet carrier cheek and a second planet carrier cheek, at least one planetary gear bolt, which is accommodated in the planetary carrier, at least one planetary gear, which is mounted on the planetary gear bolt, and at least one planetary gear radial sliding bearing which comprises a sliding surface. An oil distribution channel section is formed at least in the first planet carrier cheek. The first planet carrier cheek is mounted in the planetary gearbox housing by a radial sliding bearing. The radial sliding bearing is simultaneously formed as a flow connection element for flow connection of the oil distribution channel section of the first planet carrier cheek to a first lubricating oil supply bore arranged in the planetary gearbox housing.

摘要: A planetary gearbox for a gas turbine engine has a planet gear rotatably mounted on a carrier element, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a planet carrier. An oil feed pocket is in a region of an external side of the carrier element, via which oil is passed into a bearing gap between the carrier element and the planet gear. The carrier element has a duct carrying oil. The duct in is provided radially within an external side of the carrier element, having a cross section which is closed in relation to the bearing gap. The duct in the flow direction of the oil has at least two sequential duct portions. The flow cross section of the duct in a transition region between an upstream duct portion and a next downstream duct portion decreases in an at least approximately step-shaped manner.

The planet gears engages the sun gear and the annular ring gear, which extends around the planet gears. The speed reducer further includes a lubricant recovery device having a pipe for recovering lubricant discharged from the reducer by centrifuging. The recovery device has scoops mounted to pivot about a pivot axis P on a movable member of the speed reducer that rotates about the X axis between a deployed state and a rest state.

摘要: A planetary gearing includes a sun gear rotating about a rotation axis and driven by a sun shaft; planet gears driven by the sun gear; a ring gear engaging the planet gears; and a plurality of planet pins that respectively include an outer-side abutment surface having an axially forward end and an axially rearward end. Respectively, one planet pin is arranged inside a planet gear, and the planet pin and the planet gear form a lubricated journal bearing. At an axially forward face side and/or axially rearward face side, each planet gear forms a recess that extends inside the planet gear starting from the face side. The planet pins respectively form a crowning at their abutment surface such that their outer diameter decreases from a maximum outer diameter towards at least one axial end of the abutment surface, and has a minimum at the axial end.

摘要: A planetary roller transmission includes: a fixed ring; a sun shaft; a plurality of planetary rollers; a carrier that has a plurality of support shafts that support the planetary rollers via bearing portions and that revolves together with the planetary rollers; and an annular flange ring provided on one side, in the axial direction, of the fixed ring and the planetary rollers. The inside diameter of the flange ring is smaller than the diameter of a circumscribed circle circumscribed by bearing portions which are arranged in the circumferential direction. An oil storage portion that receives oil that has climbed over the flange ring from the side of the planetary rollers is provided between a side surface of the flange ring and an inner wall surface of the housing. A passage that allows oil to permeate from the oil storage portion to the side of the planetary rollers is provided.

摘要: A gear with an oil distribution system includes a first area at least approximately rotationally symmetrical with, in its radially inner area, an opening. Via the opening, oil is introduced from a second area into the first area during operation. Downstream of the opening with respect to the second area, the first area includes a collecting area extending in the radial and circumferential directions of the first area. An acceleration appliance for the oil, connected to the first area, is provided in the collecting area so a substantially radial flow direction in the direction of a radially outer area of the collecting area is applied to the oil that is present in the collecting area when the first area rotates. An area of the engine provided downstream of an outlet opening is in or can be brought into operative connection with the main oil supply circuit.
