摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for producing an electromagnet in which laminated cores comprising sheet metal elements are stamped out of a plurality of metal sheets lying one on top of the other to form teeth. The sheet metal elements of the laminated cores are pressed together. The laminated cores that are located next to one another are wound with the coil winding in opposite directions to produce a magnetic pole and the wound laminated cores are joined to form the electromagnet While the sheet metal elements of the laminated cores are stamped out of the metal sheets, continuous connections between the sheet metal elements of all the laminated cores located in at least an identical position remain, the connections being used as assembly aids when the electromagnet is constructed. The connections are interrupted during or after the construction of the electromagnet.

摘要: A method for maintaining a detected absolute position of an electric motor operating as an actuator during a critical operation involves the electric motor (2) being controlled by a controller (1) which is supplied with energy from an energy source. In the method, with which an absolute value sensor can be omitted, the absolute position of the electric motor (2) is measured during the operation thereof, wherein rotations of the electric motor (2) are detected. The rotations are counted, and a count value is output to a microprocessor (3) of the controller (1) in order to actuate the electric motor (2), and in the event of a critical operation, the currently detected count value is maintained by means of an independent voltage supply (7).

摘要: The invention relates to a method for determining the absolute position of a component of an actuator rotating about a rotational axis, in particular a clutch actuator, wherein the component has a co-rotating magnetic element (18), and the absolute position of the magnetic element (18) is detected by way of a multi-turn sensor (16) located opposite the magnetic element (18), which is supplied with a voltage. In a method, in which the absolute position can be detected without great constructional effort, a position of the magnetic element (18) is monitored by a Wiegand wire unit (19), which detects a movement of the component when the actuator (3, 12, 13) is turned off, and if a movement is detected, transmits a voltage pulse to the multi-turn sensor (16) for measuring the current position of the component.

摘要: An angle-measuring device is provided for a rotationally-driven linear actuator, which can be implemented into a clutch actuator. A rotor element has an axis of rotation and rotates concentrically with a rotor of a rotary drive for an axially movable linear actuator element. A measurement magnet arrangement is fixed relative to the rotor element and has a polarization. The polarization is oriented in such a way that the magnetic field lines can change with a rotation of the rotor element so as to enable the angle to be precisely determined from at least one measurement position. At one location, a 360-degree sensor is provided for measuring angular positions based on the measurement magnet arrangement. At another location, a revolution-counting sensor is provided for counting a number of revolutions carried out based on the measurement magnet arrangement.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for determining and/or controlling a position of an electric motor, in particular in a clutch actuation system of a motor vehicle, wherein the position of a rotor of the electric motor is picked up by a sensor system situated on a stator of the electric motor outside an axis of rotation of the electric motor, and the position signal picked up by the sensor system is analyzed by an analysis unit. In a method in which the rotor position is detected with a high level of certainty, the position signal is transmitted to the analysis unit depending on a transmission distance between the sensor system and the analysis unit by means of an SPI protocol signal for short transmission distances, and/or by means of a PWM signal for longer transmission distances.

摘要: An electric motor having a stator and a rotor rotatably mounted about a rotational axis relative to the stator is disclosed. The rotor additionally has a main part, multiple magnet elements which are distributed along the circumferential direction and are received on a radial face of the main part in a mutually spaced manner, and a burst-protection sleeve which covers the main part and the magnet elements. The burst-protection sleeve has multiple cover segments, each of which directly contacts a magnet element, and multiple bridging regions which connect two adjacent cover segments together, wherein the burst-protection sleeve is used to directly support the magnet elements relative to the main part, and the bridging regions have a lower degree of flexural strength in the circumferential direction than the cover segments.
