    Abstract: An inkjet printing apparatus includes an ejection head, an ink supplier, a heater unit, an ejection amount calculator, and a first heater controller. The ejection head includes a plurality of the nozzles for ejecting ink to a surface of a printing base material. The ink supplier supplies the ink to the ejection head. The heater unit heats the ink to be supplied to the ejection head. The ejection amount calculator calculates an ejection amount of the ink to be ejected from the ejection head at a moment after the present moment on the basis of printing data indicating an image to be recorded on the printing base material. The first heater controller controls the heater unit on the basis of the ejection amount calculated by the ejection amount calculator.

    Abstract: To provide an inkjet printing apparatus capable of continuing printing even during speed change of web paper WP, a transport controller of this invention controls drive rollers, and to make constant at each point of time during the speed change of the drive rollers, a speed difference which is a difference between a first speed which is a transporting speed of web paper when the upstream nozzle dispenses an ink droplet and a second speed which is a transporting speed of web paper when a downstream nozzle dispenses an ink droplet. In this way, a constant relationship is realized, at each point of time during the speed change of drive rollers, between a landing position on the web paper of the ink droplet relating to the upstream nozzle and a landing position on the web paper of the ink droplet relating to the downstream nozzle.

    Abstract: An inkjet printing apparatus includes a discharge head configured to discharge ink, a supply tank in which ink supplied to the discharge head is stored, a collecting tank in which ink collected from the discharge head is stored, a connecting pipe connecting the supply tank and the collecting tank, a circulation pump that is interposed in the connecting pipe and is configured to deliver ink from the collecting tank to the supply tank, a replenishment tank in which ink with which the supply tank is replenished is stored, a replenishment pipe connecting the replenishment tank and the connecting pipe, and a replenishment pump that is interposed in the replenishment pipe and is configured to deliver ink from the replenishment tank to the connecting pipe. A connection point of the replenishment pipe and the connecting pipe is positioned between the circulation pump and the supply tank.
