Abstract: An apparatus for controlling driving of a transport vehicle in a goods transport system includes a processing unit providing information on a movement path of the transport vehicle, a motion controller generating a drive signal including front- and rear-wheel torque signals for driving front and rear wheels, respectively, of the transport vehicle, a front-wheel torque controller controlling rotation torque of the front wheel on the basis of the front-wheel torque signal, and a rear-wheel torque controller controlling rotation torque of the rear wheel on the basis of the rear-wheel torque signal. The motion controller includes a position controller generating a positional signal determining a position of the transport vehicle, a speed controller generating a speed signal determining a speed of the transport vehicle, and a torque distributor generating the front- and rear-wheel torque signals.

Abstract: A method and a device for controlling an OHT vehicle are proposed. Abstract: Proposed is a transport vehicle including a traveling unit being moved along a first direction, a slide unit being driven for sliding in a second direction vertical to the first direction, a hand unit ascending and descending by a hoist combined with the slide unit and gripping the goods, and a control unit controlling driving of the traveling unit for traveling or driving of the slide unit for sliding, wherein the control unit applies a filter signal to an initial slide control signal for driving for sliding and controls driving of the hand unit for sliding through a drive control signal for sliding to which the filter signal is applied, and the filter signal includes a plurality of impulse signals and an interval between the impulse signals is determined as a value corresponding to a length of the hoist in linear interpolation on pre-stored period values on a per-hoist-length basis.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a servo motor being configured to drive a traveling part for transferring an object along a traveling rail, a servo driver being configured to control an operation of the servo motor with adjusting a torque of the servo motor according to a load level, an overload determination unit being configured to check a degree of overload of the servo driver and a motion controller being configured to generate a speed signal and a speed profile according to a transfer command which a control unit of controlling an operation of the traveling part transmits thereto, the motion controller generating either a normal speed profile when the servo driver is not at an overload state or a corrected speed profile when the servo driver is at the overload state, and transmitting the speed signal and the speed profile to the servo driver.
