Abstract: Disclosed herein an organic light-emitting diode of high efficiency, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; a hole injection layer or a hole transport layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a light-emitting layer, wherein the hole injection layer or the hole transport layer comprises at least one of the amine compounds represented by the following Chemical Formula A or B and the light-emitting layer comprises at least one of the boron compounds represented by the following Chemical Formula C.
