The seedling divider is connected to a front end of the header, the seedling pulling chain is connected to the header and located on a lower side of the seedling divider, the clamping chain is connected to the header and located on a lower portion of the seedling pulling chain, the ear picking device is connected to the header and located on one side of the seedling divider, and the seedling pressing plate is connected to a top end of the ear picking device. The ear picking device includes a left ear picking roller and a right ear picking roller, and each of the left and right ear picking rollers is provided with an inequilateral multi-edge structure.

摘要: The disclosure provides a system and a method for controlling a reel of a combine harvester, wherein, the system comprises a satellite positioning receiver, a driving device, a controller and a rotating speed sensor; the rotating speed sensor collects and transmits an actual rotating speed of the reel to the controller, and the controller provides the driving device with a speed regulation signal according to the actual rotating speed and the operation running speed. The disclosure may realize that the rotating speed of the reel can be automatically, accurately and quickly adjusted according to the operation running speed of the combine harvester during the operation of the combine harvester, and improve the operation efficiency and quality while ensuring the crop feed quantity.

摘要: An automatic steering device of an agricultural machine is provided, which is connected with a steering axle of the agricultural machine and comprises: a data acquisition unit for acquiring data information of the agricultural machine, the data information comprises an actual steering angle value, a travelling position and a travelling direction; a driving unit for providing a rotating torque; a steering unit connected with the driving unit and the steering axle and used for transmitting the rotating torque to the steering axle; and a control unit connected with the data acquisition unit and the driving unit, used for obtaining a steering angle value according to the data information of the agricultural machine, and controlling the driving unit according to the steering angle value. The embodiments have simple structure, can be suitable for the agricultural machine with different steering angle ranges, and have high efficiency and simple operation.

摘要: The present invention discloses a mobile operating platform for a paddy field, including a body, a power generating device, a movement control system, a draft control system and an automatic leveling system, where the power generating device, the movement control system, the draft control system and the automatic leveling system are all mounted on the body. The present invention has a compact overall structure, and utilizes the pressure of a water flow to realize the movement of the platform, and can fully utilize the characteristics of the water flow to reduce power consumption, and avoid the use of a heavy and complicated traditional walking device, the entire mobile operating platform for a paddy field does not contact the ground, saving mechanical power and avoiding damage to an aquatic crop; the draft control system adjusts a draft by the amount of water filled in a closed cavity in the body.
